Great Headset!

Bought this headset as a replacement for a broken headset of a competitor. Couldn't be happier with my new Nova 5x. Perfect build and sound quality. Big feature is the app which allows you to tweak your settings on the fly.

Great wireless range!

I’ve been using the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 5 for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The wireless range is the biggest positive surprise — I can move around my home without any dropouts, far beyond what I expected. Switching between 2.4 GHz mode and Bluetooth works flawlessly as well. It’s quick, smooth, and makes the headset extremely versatile, whether I’m gaming or taking calls on my phone. The battery life is excellent too. I barely have to think about charging, even with long sessions. Overall, the Arctis Nova 5 delivers great performance and convenience. Highly recommended!

Switched from earphones after more than 10 years

Switched from earphones and standalone mic after more than 10 years and both the sound and the mic quality are amazing. My problem with headphones was that they got unconfortable after just a few hours. These I can use all day and they rock.

Very please with my new headset.

Can believe how good the battery is and how easy it connects and pairs with everything. Very light weight and comfortable. Surprisingly good microphone. I would definitely recommend steel series to anyone I know looking for a new headset.

Works perfectly + cross platforms. Super easy to set up great sound and mic quality. Only reason it’s 4 stars not 5 is for me they could use a little better padding ears can get a little sore after a while.

Broke within one week

Really disappointed. I wanted this headset to be great. Unfortunately it was so poor. There was clearly a manufacturing issue with my headset. The retractable mouth piece was broke from day one. The runner cover was not attached to the metal coil underneath and the mouthpiece didnt actually work ie the microphone. Really poor. I have had to send back for a refund.

Sleek and versatile

I bought this about a month ago and the Barrett life has been highly impressive as well as the versatility offered by the sonar app that lets you have different sound tunes for each app. The only issues I have encountered are with the sonar software as sometimes it has problems that go away when I reset the app but nothing major

Great headset

I bought the Steelseries arctis nova 5x about 3 weeks ago, and are very pleased with it. It has great sound, and love that it has all these presets sound options in the companion app. There is however, sometimes issues with connecting to the Xbox, for some reason

Great and comfortable headset that has moods

I purchased it for Xbox Console and headset itself is a very quality headset. It is comfortrable, looks nice, have nice sound however its main functionality is moody and I mean Xbox compatibility. Sometimes it works, sometimes its not. I expected it to be plug-and-play and instead I need to restart it few times to hear a sound via them. I couldn't make mic to work with Xbox. Updating firmware didn't help, troubleshooting with internet also didn't help. If that aspect was fixed that would be an increadible 5/5 headset.

Great features

Can connect to my Xbox and phone at the same time, but can only use one at a time and have a switch button on the headset so that’s fine. Sound quality isn’t top notch but good enough and has slight bass but isn’t strong, it’s loud enough. Mic quality is quite good and very clear. Controls on the headset is great with mute button, switch button, volume slider, slider for adjusting sound between game volume and party chat volume, power button. No leather so there won’t be any peeling. Battery is great lasts few days and charges quickly on fast charge. Has Bluetooth as well as being able to connect to Xbox.
