Stopped workkng after less than a year
Bought last year for Black Friday. Worked good for a while. One side warmed better than the other. Used it twice this season (nov 2025) and one side doesn't work. Won't turn on. Reading the reviews it seems this is all common issues. It's really soft on both sides but it's no use to me now.

Buyer beware!
We purchased this one year ago and it has started shocking my sons feet if he plugs it in. I asked him why he doesn’t use it anymore and he said it shocks him and he has to unplug it. It is sending small shocks in the base wiring. Do not buy! I took it from him and plan to contact the company.

This was my favorite blanket my mom bought it for me for Christmas. I used it a lot like everyday almost since Christmas like 5-6 months ago? But now one side has an error message and there isn’t anything I can do. I wish I didn’t love it so much cause now I’m very sad. First I thought it was the controller but no cause I swapped it and it’s that side of the blanket :(

I loved this heated blanket so much for the first few months, but it ended up dying and no longer heating up. So now I’m trying to get a hold of the manufacturer to see if it’s under warranty and I’m having a hard time doing so. Maybe somebody at target.com will reach out and give me the information.

This blanket (specifically the textured one) sheds beyond belief. I wake up and have fuz from it all over my body, in my eyelashes, and you can't get anywhere near it if you're wearing black! I would not recommend this blanket to anyone unless you like to be covered in fuzz and everything it touches and everything you own to be covered in fuzz!

Starts out warm, keeps you cold all threw the night..
I had bought 4, 2 were for gifts that I ended up not needing. Thank goodness I did not give them out as gifts. Both of the 2 I kept have stopped fully working. They slowly die. It starts off working, and I swear with each use it slowly stops working. Now only about a foot of it works. Do not buy unless you want to have a $40 thin blanket with a cord for no reason.
