Not a fan. Danaged pencils and loose top.
The cover isn’t secure so it falls off all the time if you aren’t pressing the top and bottom part together tightly. Also my colored pencils are chipping and shredding in the sharpener and getting jammed or stuck often. I have 5 or 6 pencils (from different packs and all different aged pencils) that are chipping like the photo when the wood gets jammed and won’t turn any further, even while gently sharpening.

Does not work with colored pencils if you want a sharp tip. The tip falls off (I am sharpening crayola colored pencils) Waste of money

I got this sharpener twice now! It lasted me for over a year and worked well in my pencil case. Occasionally the top would pop off and some sharpening would spill out, but otherwise, it’s a great sharpener!

Perfect for crayons!
I will admit, because of the price, I did not have high hopes for this sharpener. However, I was very pleasantly surprised with how great this is for sharpening crayons (regular sized crayons will fit in the bigger of the two holes) .. it's sharp enough to use without peeling the paper back.
