Literally just got mine out of the box and there’s red hairs in it AND in the brush it comes with hair pins and gloves was sealed up. Haven’t even used it yet but cleaned it and thrown the brush away so be aware when opening and check it hasn’t been used

This product works but not as well as they said. It will straighten your hair but it doesn't last but a few days. It works but everyone hair is different so it should advertise as such.

Straightens my hair to the tee. Best results are obtained when straightening small sections st a time!!

I originally saw this at a friend's house as she used it. I was amazed at how it straightened-I have trouble with a flat iron! This is so much easier-

Absolutely love this product! I have really think hair and it usually takes me 30 minutes to straighten my hair. With this one though it cuts the time in half literally 15 minutes. So happy I bought this and it works great. I love that it comes with hair clips to hold your hair in sections, a small round pink egg shaped brush that works great! and a black and pink glove for one had for protection from the heat! Amazing!! Also shipping was super fast. Highly recommended.

It feels pretty useless to me. It’s a one sided straightener basically.

I ordered this item for my daughter's hair. She really has long and thick hair. When I finished straighten her hair she loved it. The product price was great and shipping was fast. I highly recommend this item.

This works well and I do like it. The only thing is my hair is very fine and thin so it can be hard to get my hair in the brush. Overall I’d buy it again. I find it to work just as well as a regular flat iron.

I like how quick and easy the tool is to use. My hair was very shiny and smooth after. Took a couple tries to really understand how to best use it but smaller sections makes a huge difference. My natural hair is curly, fine, but a ton of it.

I’m half white, half black but my hair leans more towards the big, defined curly side. I’ve never had much luck with products besides a true flat iron — the straightening brushes will not straighten my hair well at all. This hot comb, on the other hand, might just be the best thing I’ve tried? I have carpal tunnel so closing the flat iron mixed with the 2 ish hours (minus wash and blow out time) it takes for me to straighten my hair equals cramps and a lot of pain my my hands and wrists. Not only does this comb eliminate that but I completely straighten my hair in 30 minutes. I repeat 30 MINUTES!!! That’s literally down an hour and a half of how long a traditional flat iron takes me. And my hair was actually straight and not just that frizzy mess I get with a hot brush (not to mention those won’t even get my roots at all). I did co-wash and do a full blowout before using it and I did sections just like I would with a flat iron (but I was able to do bigger ones since the comb could get thru more hair while still actually straightening it well). I did have an issue with my ends being curled either up or down depending on the angle I was straightening, but it went straight with a comb through with my normal fine tooth comb. I’ll also note, I cannot stress how important the heat resistant glove is. I’ve never used one before, never need to. But I burned my neck when I thought it was similar to a brush through and then it’s obvious really hot when you’re using your hand to hold the strands so as to not burn your neck/ears/forehead. I’m personally going to look into getting a better glove as this one is fine, but only the top and bottom of your hand is covered, so in between your fingers and the sides of your hand (for me, it was really bad between my thumb and pointer) will definitely get hot. Having straightened my hair for 10 or so years now, a little burn here and there is expected. But not being closed like an iron, I was definitely feeling the heat a lot more. BUT the ease at which I could straighten AND the speed, I think it’s well worth having to buy a better glove and just learning a new way of working so as to not burn myself (it really is different from an iron in that regard, I find it easy to get through without burns, save maybe one, with an iron but this thing, I was constantly near burning myself and did in two places)

My hair isn't super wavy or anything but it takes me 15-20 minutes to straighten my hair and it doesn't leave those lines that normal straighteners do.

I wanted to like it, but it's a no for me. It made the ends of my hair dry, and the straightening wasn't even. I tried a lower temperature and it still didn't work for me. It also made sections of my hair uneven, felt like a huge cow lick on my scalp. I went back to my regular flat iron and my hair is back to normal!

I regret not getting this any sooner !! I love how it gets my hair from curly to straight immediately!! I was recommended to get this and get rid of my hair straighter I would buy this a thousand times over!!

Best straightener I’ve ever had! I have very thick, long, and coarse hair, and I only need to go over an area once for it to be completely straight. Definitely recommend this straightener!
