Love my UAG
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simply put there is no better case for a cell phone period! I have used UAG cases for several years now and will never buy anything else. I have always owned several to fit my phone so I can change up my phone to go with my mood. I don’t recommend dropping your phone but I work in construction and my phone has seen some rough times but pulls through every time thanks to my UAG cases. Thanks UAG for such quality products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Advertised for outdoor and rugged use. But, it’s now broken. Only used it for work. Not as rugged as how they publicized it to be. take note, it’s only been 3 weeks. Cracks noted near the knobs.

Broken Twice - switching brand
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the watch case for my ultra watch 2 just have that extra layer of protection. I love the way UAG looks on just about everything but this watch has really let me down. The first one I bought cracked right where the watch crown sticks through. I figured it was likely a defect because I’ve never had a UAG product fail like that. So I submitted the warranty which was handled extremely well. Very satisfied with UAGs response on that. Unfortunately though, the replacement they sent me lasted about 2 weeks before breaking in the EXACT same spot. At this point, I hate to say it, but I think it’s just a poorly designed product. The phone case, iPad case, AirPod case and watch band I have through UAG are all spectacular. But the ultra watch case - not worth the money.

Easy to break
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just want to express my concern regarding the product’s durability. No matter how careful you are during installation or use, it still ends up breaking easily. My worry is that if it breaks again, the warranty might no longer be honored or the item might not be replaced. So far, out of all the UAG products I’ve purchased—from Android phone cases to Apple phone cases, Apple Watch straps, and AirPods cases—this is the only time I’ve been truly disappointed. I’ve been a loyal fan of UAG for a long time, which is why I’m hoping this concern can be addressed properly.

Cracked easily

Looks good, but broke on day 2
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice form factor but the pin holding in the buckle is not setup to handle the pressure that the rigid watch body creates when you take on and off, within 3 days it popped on mine and I have had to squint to get it re-attached. Holding up so far, but I've lost confidence in it. Might ask for an exchange... I'd go with one of the bands that offers more flexibility if I could do it again.
