For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

Before I even removed this rug from the packaging I could tell immediately the shag was not thick or plush. You could see the black backing of the rug. It was an automatic no for me and it’s going back to Target.

Wow what a cheaply made rug! Not enough strands to cover the backing and it’s so rough to the touch. I know it’s inexpensive but even with a low price tag it’s not worth it.

This rug looks amazing in my black, white, and red makeup room! It needs to be fluffed when first unrolled. Not as soft as expected, but the color makes up for it. Great pop of color!

Not bad quality for the price, but the color of "ivory" is significantly different than the picture shows, which looked more off-white/very-light beige but in reality it's WHITE, much lighter and whiter than the photo. Sadly, it's going back.

The threads were very thin and sparse. You can see the black lining of the rug through the carpet. Unfortunately, I was not able to return as we did not have packaging. I wish I had spent more to get a better quality rug. I’m surprised with the positive reviews this item received. It is a good orange color, but that’s the only thing it has going for it.

The rug was extremely thin with the looms spaced far apart (nothing like the picture). Because the looms are so sparse, the rug backing was visible and very coarse to walk on.

I am so happy with my rugs. The runner was just one of the three that I bought at the same time. I had faith in this site because I never i’ve purchased from this website however I have had nothing but a good experience buying my rugs. All I had to do was vacuum them, to get the shag rug effect. And I am ecstatic that my vacuum wouldn’t ruin the rugs and vacuum them perfectly. The only thing is I thought they would be more vibrant than the picture but either way I was looking for a rustic look and I got it. Absolutely thankful because I accidentally bought my order twice and was refunded and no extra order was delivered JUST BY EMAIL! very satisfied with my order. Thanks you everyone.
