First impressions were not great but we think we’ll get use to it. It’s replacing a similar rug which is much thicker, more plush in appearance. But again, we’ll get use to it. Both of us grew up back in the day of “shag”…. We saw differences then as now. This is just how the company describes it. Just a bit thinner than expected

I reordered a rug to match the one I bought a while back from this same site. Same color and Style, yet what I received is a different style "shag" rug altogether. Not sure how that happens but buyer beware. Just another online retailer I won't be using moving forward.

Very nice quality, material, and weight. We got this for my kids' room, and they love how soft and fluffy it feels underfoot. I'm sensitive about chemical smells on new furniture/textiles, and this had virtually no odor. We let it air outside for an afternoon and haven't had any issues with smell. Much nicer weight and feel than some more expensive rugs I've bought from other online retailers.
