Soft but inaccurate colors
The rug itself was nice quality. Very plush. The colors are NOT accurate though. Online the rug looks black and tan, but in person it is very blue-black and golden yellow.

rug is suited to our purpose. it was off gassing more than other rugs we have bought from you, but that is over now. It is not laying as flat as it could but that's ok. i received excellent and very quick on line support on these concerns with good instructions to remediate concerns. i would definitely purchase from you again
