The worst and disgusting packaging ever!
I am totally disgusted and appalled at the despicable condition the 9x12 rug arrived. Due to shipping size restrictions, it came folded and tightly wrapped. From the many deep folds in the rug, which went criss cross all over the rug, it appeared that it had been squeezed and squished in tight spaces for a long time in a storage facility. During that time it might have also been sold before, returned and rewrapped. There was some disgusting "crap" that was stuck on the underside of the rug. Some outer edges along the rug were double squished in as well. I would have NEVER been able to get the deep folds out of the carpet, and so I rewrapped it and returned it. I'm quite elderly, and getting the "Genie back into the bottle" is another exhausting story. I did like the Saturn pattern of the rug and wish I could have given a more positive review on it. As I said, I'm thoroughly disappointed, disgusted, and exhausted in having to deal with this rug that once might have been quite beautiful.
