At first I was bothered that the delivery wasn't as listed when purchased (2 days) and could never get anyone on the phone ( I was on hold for lengthy times). So I emailed info@rugs.com and connected with a Johanna ( a customer satisfaction specialist). She was very responsive and professional and followed up with a claim to FedEx. Their tracking info indicated the rug was stuck in their FedEx facility in Maryland for 3 days without moving! So the delay was NOT due to Rugs.com, who shipped it the day after my purchase, but to FedEx, who apparently are short-staffed due to COVID. I ordered it online on Aug 22 and received it Sept 9, so not that bad considering this pandemic's effects. It was a great relief to have Johanna on my side since, at first, I concluded Rugs.com was an internet imposter as I was not able to get anyone on the phone and that I must have lost my $274! It looks great and although it did have a few broken columns of rug fibers, that is not too visible, and Johanna gave me a partial refund rather than going through the hassle of returning it [and having no rug for the final month of summer]. I bought it to cover up my patio's broken-out mortar between the flagstones and it does that perfectly for a reasonable price!! See picture. Thank you Johanna for ALL your help and quick response times.

I bought this a month ago. Love it! Comes folded, so have to allow time for heavy crease to relax. Love the texture, great quality.

I recently bought this for my sun room and it’s gorgeous. It’s very well made and arrived quickly- great value for price, love it!
