This rug is so beautiful! I love how plush and soft it is! The quality is great and it adds coziness to the room. I prefer carpet over hardwood, and this made my downstairs area, which is completely hardwood, more tolerable and enjoyable. I appreciate that it looks just as good as the picture.

Love my rug!

Very comfy and attractive
I am still getting used to my new flooring and decor changes, but I do LOVE the look and feel of this rug. I don't think it will get matted down like some shag rugs. It has a lush, soft cottony feel yet, with long fluffy fibers. Initially there may be a little shedding but it's extremely full. I use a vacuum with wand to lightly go over the surface to pickup any excess fibers, dust, etc. I ordered the lux pad, but it was not at all needed. The rug has a sturdy backing and does not move on my matte finish hardwood flooring; possibly because of its large size and/or some furniture placed on it, but the edges don't ride up either.

I bought this a few weeks back and I LOVE it. It's the perfect cozy shag rug. Only downfall, small things get very very lost and when you run your fingers through it, it feels like it's getting matted. Will update in a few more months to see how it keeps up. But I definitely recommend!

Perfect rug in EVERY way!
I looked for an affordable and fluffy rug for awhile. I came across the rugs.com ad in my email AND saved 10% on the purchase. The rug is perfect! It is SO soft and thick. The color is not just one color, but shades of light and dark as you brush across it - even a little glimmer here and there. I ordered linen (because I didn't want a yellow tint) and am just so very happy with this purchase!

I wanted a departure from my inherited antiques. This rug looks really great and feels nice to walk on. I wish I had purchased an extra thick pad to go under it, because although the top is thick fluffy, the base Is thin.

Too shiny for my taste
Nice quality but the rug was too shiny for my taste. I prefer a matte finish without then sheen. I also Was hoping for a traditional beige “linen” color and this had too much of a yellow cast to it. I gave this rug four stars since my returning it had more to do with personal preference not how nicely the rug was made.
