Why did we wait so long??
After having our old rug for 13 years it was time to switch out. Once we did, we kept asking ourselves why we waited so long?? We are so happy with our Nain rug, looks even better in person. The delivery was exceptionally fast and easy. I'm now planning on more rugs for our other rooms!

Such a GREAT rug place
The rug is beautiful and shipping was quick and packaging perfect. I have shopped with other online rug stores before and sometimes their product would come with ripped packaging and rug ends that were damaged. Not at Rugs.com. Happy with all purchases and that is no lie!

Beautiful rug with minor issues
The rug is beautiful with rich colors and images that look just like the online photos. It’s very soft as well. The only negative aspect would be the various strings pulling out of the rug. I’m not sure how normal it is, but we have a fair number of loose threads along the edge. The suggested rug pad also seems a little too big.

I was a bit skeptical going into this purchase because of the price. It couldn’t possibly be a nice rug for that price. But with free shipping & free returns, I had to try! My god this rug is gorgeous. It’s high quality, soft and vibrant. Do not hesitate to purchase this rug. It’s just as nice as the $1,600 one you’ll find at the store!
