9x12 came folded not rolled which resulted in major creasing and a bulge in the middle. To bad because its a nice rug. Had to return.

I love these rugs!
I love these rugs. I got three of them, two in a larger size to cover most of the hardwood floor in a vintage apartment built in 1912. These are going into the bedroom to protect the floors, add warmth in the winter, and pull the colors of my other furnishings together. I can't say how they will hold in the long, long run as I just got them, but they look and feel like they are of good quality for the prices. They arrived promptly and were well packaged to avoid damage. They are really just what I wanted.
