Too big
I thought that a pad for a specific size rug would be cut a little smaller than the rug, not the exact same size. Maybe cut the pads a tad smaller than the rug they are to go under.

Still slides around
About as thick as all the other plush rug pads I've purchased, but still slides around. Had to put a thin no slip pad under this rug pad to keep it from sliding around.
