Q: Own the v3 for 2 years. Having our second in 4 months. Used doona with first daughter then transitioned to the v3 around 1 year. Can I just buy the extra jump seat, and snuggle insert for the new born
submitted by Caroline - 3 months ago
A: Yes! You would purchase the RumbleSeat V3, Infant SnugSeat and Upper Adapters!

Q: Do I have to buy any additional pieces to use this as a double stroller if I have the matching car seat? Will have a toddler and newborn and would like to be able to use the stroller seat and infant car seat at the same time as a double stroller.
submitted by DominicksMama - 4 months ago
A: Yes! You would need Upper Adapters for the Toddler Seat and Lower Adapters for the infant car seat.

Q: Is it better to buy the rumble seat, or the car seat/basinette. I already own a doona car seat for new born. Wanting to make my v3 a double stroller for newborn, and a 2 year old currently.
submitted by Caroline - 3 months ago
A: It really comes down to what works best for your family. If you want to use the stroller as a double for a few years, the RumbleSeat is a more long term solution than the bassinet or infant car seat.

Q: Does this come with the infant snug insert or is that purchased separately?

High quality stroller
I absolutely love this stroller!!! It’s is clearly top of the line. The ride is so smooth, and my baby loves sitting in the seat. It’s super comfortable and roomy, and there’s tons of storage space at the bottom. The single break and release pedal is awesome and works so well! I also love all of the accessories you can get for it, like the bug net and the cozy ganoosh. The stroller is a bit on the heavier side, but that’s to be expected for the quality of the materials used. It’s by far my favorite stroller to take my baby out for walks in! A definite must for any mom!!!

2 kids.
Thing is huge. And heavier obviously. But is nice to have options. Honestly, I really wish I kept the Cruz and just got the scooter board of used travel stroller if needed. .

Don’t waste your time ordering this stroller through target. Ordered twice and both times they’ve sent me the incorrect color stroller from what was ordered. Customer service is zero help and recommends returning and repurchasing.

A first time mom’s bestie
As a first time mom I definitely bought some things that weren’t’ necessary and was overwhelmed with all of the expensive choices. But let me tell you one of the items that I do not regret at all is this stroller, it was SO worth it!! The vista is stylish and esthetic which…let’s be real is an important feature. Look good, feel good! But the function is really what makes it worth it. I take this stroller everywhere! It fits a whole grocery shopping trip in the basket and then also smoothly takes us on walks in the park and in simple trails. I love the fact that the car seat interchanges in which is a life saver. I also love that you can change the direction of the rumble seat which is perfect for when my little Velcro baby wants to look at me when we are walking. I can’t wait for this stroller to grow with my family! I was a bit worried about the stroller being bulky but it really isn’t at all. Once you use it a couple times, it’s really easy to close up and fits right in the trunk of my car. After using some cheaper strollers, you can definitely see the difference here. We <3 UPPA baby!

Does NOT grow with your family.
Any two child configuration either requires ignoring medical advice (using car seat for extended periods, which hampers neck development), or putting the younger child where you can't see them. That's a decision to not watch the child that's most likely to choke on a snack, that's most in need of careful observation to prevent sunburns, that most needs to see a parent to soothe, or that's least able to self-regulate. As a result, the only way this is used as a two-child stroller is by parents that were tricked into believing that it would "grow with [their] family" without realizing that they were forfeiting the control over the critical parameters of what that looks like. Do you want the bassinet in the upper position? Can't do that. Do you want to use the infant snug seat to keep a newborn close and have a toddler in front, where they could best see animals at the zoo? Can't do that, either. It is viable as a one-child stroller. It travels pretty well, and the travel bag works--they cover it if it's damaged as long as it's in the bag and packed to specifications. That's all worth something, but I also feel burned by being tricked into believing it met reasonable expectations for a two-child setup.

Great upgrade from the V2—noticeably easier
The UPPAbaby Vista V3 has been a great upgrade for us, especially coming from the V2. I notice the difference every day—the frame makes folding and unfolding so much easier and smoother. With the V2 I’d often bump my shins or feel like it was awkward to handle, but the V3 just feels more effortless. The magnetic buckle is another big improvement and makes getting my toddler in and out so much faster. I do like the removable seat liner, but it only covers the back and sides and leaves the bottom open. One thing I’ve noticed (and this was also true with the V2) is that crumbs can collect in the crease of the seat back, which makes cleaning more annoying than expected since you have to push the seat back to really get in there and vacuum everything out. Because of that, I ended up replacing it with their reversible liner so I can just shake it off and toss it in the wash. I also appreciate that the center bar is still in the basket—it works perfectly as a divider for my diaper bag and keeps everything organized. Overall, it feels like a really solid upgrade from the V2 and daily use is definitely easier and more enjoyable.

Wheel went wonky after 6 months
We have had ours for 6ish months and at first it was great but every month we run into a new problem. Now our back wheel is so wobbly and it’s really hard to push. It scratches super easy and does not feel secure since our wheel dilemma. I’m trying to find our registration to hopefully be sent a new back wheel.

Lasts for years!
Leaving a review 5 years later and pregnant with my 4th. Our first Uppa stroller was the V2. This stroller has lasted us going on 6 years. I still use it til this day with my 2 year old. Trust me it is worth every penny and will last you YEARS. If you plan to have more than one child this is a must have. I'm finally biting the bullet and upgrading to the v3 and will gift a mom in need with my V2.

Love this stroller!
We were gifted this stroller for our first baby and can’t say enough good things! We love the bassinet attachment for naps in the house and going for walks. The turn radius on this stroller is incredible. We just had our first spit up in the stroller and it was so easy to clean. Cannot say enough good things about this stroller and can’t wait to use the rumble seat when our baby is bigger!

Very stylish and smooth ride. Not an easy fold
This is a super cute stroller! We got the all terrain wheels and it is a very smooth ride. I love how the handle can raise for taller adults (husband is 6'2"). Cons: The folding mechanism is not use friendly. It folds fine, but loading in and out of the truck bed is a pain and the frame is getting tore up (pictured). I wish I could collapse and open it back up with one hand. I usually have the baby in one hand, so needing 2 hands to collapse it is frustrating. Not good for frequent travel

Its very sturdy and a smooth ride but there are some major flaws. The car seat adaptor made by Uppababy to attach our Chicco car seat doesn't have the car seat lock in place which makes it feel unsafe. The car seat can tip over. There also isnt a way to pick up the stroller when it's folded and can pinch your fingers. Lastly, the manual only has pictures for assembling, no words. It made it a bit confusing I would not recommend an expensive stroller with these flaws.

I love the stroller but…
I love this stroller!! My only concern is that is so difficult to be washed…. Which I don't understand, because a stroller should be easy to be washed. The canopy got damaged when I put it in the washing machine (delicate program) the kids touched it with their dirty hands which usually happens. Also dissembled it and assembled it back it was so difficult. I love this stroller, just be careful when you want to wash the canopy!! The seat can't be washed so better to use something to cover it.

Great Stroller. Bad cupholder
My wife and I have owned this stroller for two years. We started with a Graco but then upgraded to the Vista V3. We have ordered all the accessories and love the stroller. It is larger than the Graco and uses more trunk space, but it can seat two kids and is great. We have used all of the accessories and even the waterproof cover has come in hand on a few occasions. My only criticism is the cup holders. They hold a beverage fine, but they are too fragile when folding up and storing the stroller. I have broken 4 so far and all of them broke with very little force being applied. They typically break when I am either folding the stroller closed or sliding it into the trunk of our vehicle. We are done ordering more cup holders. Rated 4/5 stars, lost one star due to the weak cup holders.
