A: I don't know if it would start your supply back up but I think you should try! I would try that with massaging your breasts to ty and get them producing again!

Fenugreek may take up to two weeks to have an effect on milk production, so women who desire to relactate may want to start taking it as soon as they begin trying to encourage their infant to nurse. Stimulating the breast every two to three hours makes it more likely that relactation will occur. Because relactation is a complicated biological process, fenugreek seed alone will not cause milk supply to return or become well-established. Active stimulation and emptying of the breasts is necessary. Professional or peer support from your doctor, a certified lactation consultant or a local La Leche League leader can also help rebuild your milk supply.

I cannot say this increased my supply but it definitely made me feel better & more refreshed. I would mix 12oz of coconut water & 12 oz of the blueberry body armor & the package & the taste was really good. If I mixed it with anything else it taste so awful. Definitely worth a try. I tried everything. & nothing increased my supply I’m just a lost cause lol.

I can't even tell if this made a difference in my milk supply because the taste is so horrible I only had one packet. I can usually suck it up and just do it for my milk production but these are absolutely horrible.

The taste IS NOT BAD if you water it down. If you add it to a 16 oz water bottle it’s fine lol I do notice a difference in milk production.

It has a weird fake vanilla taste that makes it undrinkable. It is also extremely sweet which left me feeling the need to drink a ton of water after every drink.

Taste isn't bad. I use ice and water and add a small amount of juice. Haven't noticed an increase yet, but I'm hoping by the time I finish the box, I will. My last two babies I had tons of milk, but this time, I'm not sure what's going on. I can only pump 2 oz from each breast.

I’m honestly surprised of the reviews about taste. These taste just like the triple x vitamin water to me! I mix it with just plain water and it taste great. I opted for this over the milk based ones because those had quite a bit reviews about making people sick. These taste great and seem to be helping my supply. My supply has gone down a bit and I’m trying desperately to build it back up again. I’ve noticed a slight increase, only day 2 on these so we’ll see if they really help.
