My problem has always been with shipping and deliveries. The lack of an ability to ship to a post office box is a problem with everything nowadays so it’s not only a UAG problem, but it remains a significant frustration.

This case is for my 5 year olds iPad and he has put it through the test. Case is holding up great, also has a nice holder for his pen. I was curious if the folio hinge would hold up to his abuse, but I am happy to report it has held up fine. My daughter now wants one but in pink or purple! Thank you UAG
