As others mentioned, this brand can’t even get the instructions, correct. They state the product takes 2 AA batteries however, it really takes 2 AAA batteries. After I put two brand new batteries in, I could not get it to turn on. Finally figured out that I needed to push the button with a lot of pressure and hold it for it to turn on. By “turn on”, really the lights just light up but it does nothing no vibration, absolutely nothing.

I received the item and was so excited. Put brand new batteries in and it didn't work. I was very disappointed!

I’m not sure what to think. I just opened the box and the product booklet states it uses 2 double a batteries. When you open the battery cover it says it needs 2 triple a better use. I have not used it yet but I feel this is a bad sign. It’s very light. I expected it to have some substance to it. That threw me off. I think they may have different series of this device and maybe this is the earliest version. I can not wait to see how it works.

It definitely feels good and adds to the self care experience when using. I have not noticed a huge advantage of using this product vs your fingers and sometimes the serum seems to dry up before you are able to fully spread it and the head gets caught on your skin and a little sticky. Otherwise it is great!

My skin is no longer dry and my complexion looks so much better. Im almost 40 and definitely want to preserve my youth as long as possible. This serum has helped so much.

It feels like a massage for my face and I feel like it does help my skin to absorb the product. I apply my serum directly to the metal plate and then spread it on my face. I work in sections, so I only apply enough serum for each section, then reapply more serum as I move to different areas. When I first got it, I thought it was broken because it wouldn't turn on. I found out you have to hold the power button down for about 2 seconds for it to turn on. I enjoy using this in my skin care routine.

I'm not sure I want to exfoliate my skin as much as this product is offering, especially going into cold season. I might change my mind on this, but it just seems too strong for me right now.

So I tried very new batteries from a remote that was working and still nothing. Checked multiple times and they were in correctly. Very disappointed.

I don’t use a whole lot of serums so I couldn’t tell a big difference on whether or not it was getting the lotion deeper into my skin - but I’m no expert :). I’d say this works just as described.

The addition of serum booster has been great. It's a spa quality tool that I can easily use at home and my face feels great. I pair it with various serums depending on how my skin is feeling. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Vanity Planet Serum Booster works great at both Cleansing Mode and Moisturizing Mode. Each function has two levels, low and high. I of course started with low, and then after a couple of days getting used to it, I stuck to the high level. On Cleansing Mode, the Vanity Planet sonic vibrator really helps the spread the cleanser and get deep into those pores- my facial skin never felt cleaner. As for the Moisturizing support mode, I used it with my usual morning face moisturizer. I noticed right away that it made a difference. My face felt softer than usual. Also since I have combination skin, my moisturizer gets absorbed quickly in the dry areas but does not linger on the oily areas. The moisturizer gets spread around and only stays in the needed areas. There is no excess of moisturizer left on the skin- the moisturizer gets completely absorbed. This also means that I don't need to use as much moisturizer. This Vanity Planet sonic massager also uses two AAA batteries. (I think there was a typo in the directions where it says AA are used.)

Seems like a waste of time and potentially a waste of product that you’re using when you run this device over your skin. Also, think it’s crazy that it didn’t come with batteries or charging capabilities. Don’t recommend this.

I use it when I'm applying my face creams at night and in the morning. There's something about the machine that really seems to get the product deeper into my skin, resulting in less greasy residue on my skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for a few weeks . It seems to help my moisturizer absorb into my skin and applying foundation is smoother. The feeling of a mini facial massage is nice. Although adding another step to my routine is not what I want to do... It is a little small which makes it nice for travel but I would prefer it to be a tiny bit larger for better grip!

The handheld device doesn't heat up or get cold so I have no idea if it's impacting my skin. I also didn't care for the fact it didn't come with batteries.

It glides on to your face very easily and the massage feature is quite intense on high, it is necessary in order to feel rejuvenated. It helps open up your pores so that your moisturiser face lotion can be absorbed.
