Target failed!
Never received it. Target said FedEx shipped it. Then said usps shipped it. Then they said to wait some more. Target is going downhill with their customer service. My bank refunded me as Target gave me the runaround. 3 employees 3 different excuses. It’s a shame. This used to be a good store.

The item I received does not seem to match the picture at all. The strap is not able to go crossbody and does not adjust as you see in the picture.
