The pump needs to be fixed!
For reference I have dyed (red) long fine hair that is full. The oil itself is wonderful, it has made my hair soft and manageable the few times I have used it in between my washes; however, everyone who has reviewed here regarding the pump are right. The pump does not work at all and it makes me second guess on repurchasing this oil again in the 4oz because of this (I currently have the 2oz to try out) if this is going to be an ongoing issue. I love enough to where I am considering rebotteling the oil in a different container that more effectively pumps out product but for the price Verb charges I shouldn't have to. Case in point; oil is awesome and the pump is terrible. Buy at your own risk.

Amazing!
This hair oil is great. I love to put it on my ends after blowing it out to make sure my thick ends don't grow throughout the day in the humidity. It's not too heavy that it leaves my hair greasy either!

Terrible pump
The product itself is fine. I may give 4 stars. But the pump is terrible. It hardly gets product out. If I follow the direction to get 1-2 pump I hardly get anything for my hair. And it leaks from the bottom of pump where I don't see how it managed to get out.

love this stuff!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] many moons ago, i had accepted the sad fact that my frizzy hair was jus going to be present for the rest of my life. . . until i started using this. it smooths my hair out just enough to not look greasy or weighed down. i use it before curling or straightening my hair, then a bit at the end to fix any flyaways present. i love this stuff, it's definitely a game changer.

Not hydrating

Punp issue

Amazing hair oil!
This is as good as the ghost oil if not maybe even better! I alternate between the two. i feel this one is more moisturizing and the ghost oil is more smoothing. Both leave hair shiny and non geasy! My bleached hair leaves ends dry and this really helps hydrating them. I use on damp hair and every night before bed! I wake up with my hair feeling soft and moisturized!

Left my hair greasy
For reference, I have thick, coarse, wavy and naturally dry hair. I use serum and / or oil(s) in my hair every day. I always use a heavier serum or oil on my ends to blow dry, which is what I did w/the Verb Hydrate Oil. Yuck. I could hardly WAIT until the next day to shampoo this out. I tossed the whole new bottle in the trash. I have LOTS of oils and serums that make my hair super silky and soft with OUT a grimy, heavy, producty feel. Sorry, but Verb Hydrate Oil isn't one of them!

I like this better than the original
I love the original ghost oil but this one is just…chef's kiss!!! the only thing is that the pump is AWFUL—not sure if they changed it, but I'm glad I was still finishing my last bottle of the OG ghost oil so I could pour this in there to use an actually functional pump. I still recommend it, but just be prepared to have to unscrew the pump to pour directly in your hand

I LOVE this product! The oil is great. It makes my hair super shiny and look really healthy. I have bought this product 3 times and each time the pump doesnt work. I am disabled and opening the product every morninf isnt an option for me. Please switch to another pump so i can use this product!

Packaging is horrible the serum leaks out the cap of the bottle and gets stuck coming out of the pump. Product smells great and it does what it claims too! Very hydrating.
