Hate new formula!
I have been using this product for years, but the new formula is very disappointing. It's now watered down and not worth the money anymore.

So easy to use!
I use this with the air whip and it works very well for holding and keeping curls in place. I just apply to wet hair and go.

Will probably work best for
Will probably work best for more medium-density hair. It’s probably too heavy for fine hair and (I find) a little too light for dense/coarse hair. I could use more softening and more hold from it.

Original Formula has for the worse.
I was using the Clear Bottle with Gold Lettering Curl Cream for over 5 Years now. And Just bought the Orange bottle. The formula has drastically changed and now had zero hold and feels like I'm putting neutrogena lotion in my hair. So disappointed.

Finally
Took forever to find a product to put in my wet hair, and then just go about my day without frizz and a tiny bit of texture. I tried frizz-ease, jvn, oi milk, gels, mousse, but this is works the best if you intend to put zero effort into your hair and just don’t want to look like you were electrocuted.

Hate new formula! Runny, tacky feeling, smells bad.
Very disappointed with the change. I loved this product but the new stuff smells so bad I had to rewash my hair. It's not longer think and silky but runny and sticky. Used for 2 years, won't buy again.

Curl cream is the best!
Have struggled for a product for my curls for a couple years now everything either too heavy or keeps my hair still frizzy. Cold cream is absolutely perfect great formation lightweight hair looks really natural, but no frizz. Thank you for this product! Now we just need to make a large sized container.

Dislike the new formula
I've been using this curl cream for years and love it but the new formula is not thick and creamy and requires a lot more product and the results are pretty mediocre. Too little does nothing. Bring back the old formula please!!

Used to be the Holy Grail before formula change
Used to be an all-time favorite product: my only go-to, the one I recommended to everyone. Curls came out perfect every time, long-lasting definition and volume were guaranteed! However, they got cheap and changed the formula, adding unnecessary oils that cut the quality of the product. Curls were loose, no volume, what little it did for my hair only lasted one day max. So sad so disappointing; curly girls know how hard it is to find a perfect product, and that's what it was before the change! Have spent so much money in trying to find new products that can compete, verb lost out on loyal curly customers big time.

Good product but not what I was looking for
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the light weight hold of the curl cream. I was looking for something to combat the frizz of my curly hair that is mixed with gray. This did not help that problem. I'm still searching.

Wouldn't purchase again
The product itsself is very dense, watery and not enough hold. As far as how it makes the curls feel, very stringy and dry. Not the best forumla and ive heard they changed it. For reference i have Type 3B hair.

New Verb Curl Cream in orange tube
The original Verb Curl Cream in the clear tube was excellent for my curly blonde hair. Soft pretty curls that controlled the frizz for two or three days. The new product seems to be watered down. Doesn't make pretty curls or control any fuzz. A big disappointment for me and a waste of money on top of that. I'm not buying any more verb products. They've lost me as a customer.

Loved it, just wish it was in a container that I could scoop up with my fingers, and more product, because I have long thick hair.

Formula change
They changed the formula, which makes it runny and not enough hold, for super curlier hair. This product went from being thick, and having to use less when hair is wet. To runny, curl cream that you have to use more of hoping it will do the same job.. For proof look up the difference between BAPMDA (which is more fattier and great for detangling, smoothness, fly away control, suitable for all hair types) and BTMS(its a milder moisturizer and conditioner more suitable for fine to damaged hair). SMH Verb, adding more oils to substitute the change didnt do much at all, please go back to the former formula.
