I spent so long looking for a shampoo that wasn’t too harsh on my hair and had a scent I liked. A friend recommended verb about three years ago and i’ve been using it ever since!

Looks like they changed it
I LOVED this conditioner. it was my holy grail! however, I noticed my new bottle wasn't working the same for me. I checked the ingredients list, and it is different on the old bottle to the new bottles. I noticed the bottle design changed but I didnt think to look at the ingredients before purchasing. Im devastated. Ive caught this brand doing this a lot after a product has been out for a while though.

4C, relaxed, colored hair
I was pleasantly surprised. I'd been eyeing this shampoo for a while, and im really glad i tried it. My hair felt squeaky clean but not dry or tangled. Minimal hair breakage. I would describe the scent as soft and gender neutral. It doesnt lather much at all, but still cleans well

This is a great shampoo! I need a bit more hydration, but I like to alternate between a more hydrating shampoo and a more “clarifying” shampoo to remove excess product from my hair. This shampoo works great for that without totally drying my hair out. Smells fresh, not too much fragrance.

This product was just OK — definitely not the miracle product that is described in some positive reviews. It does make your hair shiny and is a decent shampoo, but for the price, I wouldn't buy this again. Also not the best for sensitive scalps/skin.

Regret buying
I've heard so many great things about this shampoo. It's so bad, at least for my hair. The pros-smells good, lathers well. That's it. It left my hair feeling like I had a ton of product in it. It felt like I hadn't washed it in days. It was so bad. Weighed my hair down...I could go on and on. Such a disappointment and I'm glad I didn't pay full price. I can't think of anyone to give this to. I wouldn't even put it in my guest bathroom.

Are these water soluble SILICONES and polyquats?
The description for the is poo and con is that they are for fine or easily weighed down hair which mine is prob bc of high porosity. With that said are the silicones and poly quats used in this formula easily washed out or are they going to cause build up quick enough! I shouldn't have to keep clarifying so soon if it is truly made with this mind. Can never reach a customer service agent at Verb.

Nothing else like it
This is my favorite shampoo I have ever used. I have extremely fine, oily hair. This is the first shampoo where my hair actually felt clean and not weighed down after using it. My hair is also wavy, and usually other shampoos weigh it down enough that the waves are undefined. This is so light that my hair texture actually shows!

Very surprised by so many good reviews
I only had to use the shampoo one time to never want to use it again. I have been using the ghost oil and conditioner and have had no issue with those so I decided to try the shampoo. I have very fine hair strands and my scalp tends to be oily. Immediately after using the shampoo I felt like my scalp had oil on it and it was not clean. This made my scalp itchy and my hair very staticy. I will be returning.

Smells clean but doesnt feel like it cleans
First off, this is my absolute favorite smelling shampoo ever! It is light weight and lathers really well, but I don't feel like it got my scalp clean. For context: I have medium (at best) thick wavy hair and have the usual after kids sparsity on top. I would recommend this product for people with thin hair but anything past that, I don't think would be satisfied!
