Wonderful Lighting
I love this lamp and now have three of them, one being for my husband who keeps it on his desk and appreciates the strength of the light at its highest setting. Each setting has its value depending on what you are doing and how much light you need at any given moment. I have not settled in using it for the reason I purchased it in the first place, which is to lessen my moments of depression which are a yearly event in the winter months. I intend to do this and I'm confident that it will be of help.

It is Mood altering indeed!
After having lived through 2 Hurricane's both Helene, and Milton... While I am rebuilding my home, and living in a rental, I purchased this HappyLight, and it truly casts light that changes the mood (my mood), I have it on in the daytime, and when it is dark out while I sit at my laptop and play tug of war with my insurance companies that resist paying out... In any case, everyone needs one of these HappyLights... They are a must buy if you are wearing readers! ;D

Verilux white light lamp.
It's a great product and I was introduced to it by my wife as well as my physician. Set up on the table without taking much space. Use it couple of times a day and have seen an improvement in myself. I'll definitely recommend to all my friends/family.

Fantastic help for the winter (or summer) blues
I am very happy with this lamp, so much so that I bought more than one of them. The HappyLight helps my mood, especially used in an office setting on my desk to counteract the fluorescent lighting overhead. I also use them at home, and find that along with Vitamin D supplementation, are an important tool to counteract seasonal low mood. Recommend. The only problem area is the cord. It doesn't attach super securely to the lamp and comes out easily if stressed in any way. That could be improved. Otherwise, the lamp is great.

Get One!!
These are wonderful lights. I have this one and a tall floor model. I use them for quilting or anything I am sedentary for. Not only is the lighting amazing but the feeling better or more content is an extra bonus especially during the darker winter months. Highly recommend.

Happy Camper
Very pleased with my new HappyLight Duo! Years ago I had a light box which I used for many years to help with the depression that can come with being a night shift nurse which was wonderful. Now retired, I find this lamp to be tremendous help as well for my vision! Would definitely recommended to a friend, especially anyone doing shift work.

Satisfied with my purchase
The lamp has been a good way to ease into the shorter days of fall and winter, since it brings much-needed light. It's easy to operate, and has a design that fits into my decor. Reading through the user's manual helps to understand how best to use the lamp. Too early to tell if it is lifting my mood.
