Versed Dew Point Moisturizing Gel-Cream - 2 fl oz

Versed recently decided to reformulate this. It used to be an incredible product. Now, it’s causing me breakouts, clogged pores, and textured skin. The old formula was universally loved. It’s a shame what Versed has done here.

This is so light that it’s ineffective. It made my skin feel tight and slightly sticky, and did not improve even with multiple layers. Feels like I didn’t even use a moisturizer.

Not it isn't, they cheaped out! They took out the squalane and added vegetable oil. Wish companies would stop messing around with their products all the time, and if they have to, I wish they'd at least be honest. I know how to read, Versed, I compared my old bottle to the new one, it's not that hard. Never getting my money again, looking for a replacement from another brand.

Why why why why! Why would you change the formula…… I have used versed for over two years and you decided to change the formula 😐 please go back to the old formula and package

I’m a little disappointed to say the least. I’d been using this product for almost two years with no issue. After I ran out of my last tube and bought a new one, I noticed it had different packaging but claimed to have the same ingredients so I didn’t think anything of it. Well the same product that my skin loved before has broken me out in less than a week. Nothing else in my skin care routine has changed. The new ingredients are almost exactly the same except Onus Oil which was not in the original. This minor change made a big difference. I will be returning it. Not sure what to use next because I’ve been faithful to this one moisturizer for so long now.

Needed a better lightweight AM face lotion for my sensitive combo skin with persistent dry patches. I tried this and CeraVe ultra-light moisturizing gel, I actually prefer this Versed gel-cream moisturizer over the CeraVe one. They're pretty similar, but Versed is a bit more hydrating and feels better on my skin. Although it's slightly less lightweight and does take a few minutes longer to fully absorb compared to CeraVe.

I’m obsessed. I have very dry skin. This is so lightweight and hydrating. I look forward to putting it on my skin. I just wish it came in a bigger size!!!

I love this moisturizer it’s lightweight and hydrating and perfect for oily skin types. It’s a little bottle but had surprisingly lasted me a really long time. I had bought a second because I didn’t want to run out so I still have that and haven’t tried the “rebranded” one so can’t speak to if it’s the same

This is truly a great, lightweight moisturizer for oily/combo skin. Goes on nicely, easy to layer makeup on top.

The product has been reformulated.I had been using Versed Dew Point Gel-Cream Moisturizer because it worked great with my sensitive skin and rosacea. I loved the cooling effect of the aloe and how light it felt on my skin. However, I recently ran out of it and had to buy a new tube.The product packaging has since changed and while they claim that all the ingredients are the same as the old product, it's simply not true. (I compared the ingredient list on my old tube with the new one I just bought, and the ingredients are different.)Either way, I wanted to give it a shot and tried using the moisturizer for two weeks. My skin routine has stayed the same, otherwise. After using it for two weeks, the moisturizer has destroyed my skin. My skin is now super red, sensitive, and hot. I'm also breaking out along my cheeks and chin. I've included two photos for reference. I won't be buying this product again.I do not recommend using this product anymore if you have sensitive skin or rosacea. The product has been reformulated and the ingredients have changed - despite the company stating otherwise.

Teeny tiny - my fault for not zooming in on the size, but I thought it received a travel sized product. It’s 2 ounces, which at this price point is expensive and not typical. Most moisturizers are usually 3oz and above

Leaves my skin feeling light and fresh. It’s slightly more tacky than dewey after a few minutes but my skin doesn’t break out, it’s a steal for the price, and a mostly clean formula. I really like it for under my makeup during the day but it’s not quite hydrating enough to use overnight. My skin has never looked better.

Why did you change the formula? It makes my eyes burn now. Guess I’ll have to find something else

I've always had oily skin and was hesitant to use moisturizers. Since entering my 40s I've needed some hydration (should've started a lot sooner!) and had wanted to start off with a gel moisturized. I saw this recommended on a dermatologist's Tik Tok (::insert eye roll::) and thought I'd give it a try. I love it and it moistures without being greasy. The price at Target is the same as their website and a little goes a long way so I'm happy with it!

This is a fine moisturizer if you have oily skin. My boyfriend uses it and likes it. However I just noticed targets price went up by 4 whole dollars. It used to be $14.99 and now target is selling for $18.29. Thats absolutely insane. I won’t be buying from here. It’s $14.99 directly from the versed website.
