At first, I thought this was only because the rugs were new and were shedding loose surface fiber, but we are now into the second week of Jan. and they are still 'shedding'; they also look worn down and feel thinner. I have a small lightweight vac that I have used on the bare floor setting, only occasionally the carpet setting, but these rugs haven't taken a beating by any means. I have purchased cheap rugs in the past that didn't shed like these.

I love this runner for my kitchen! Sadly after a couple washes it has some wear and tear. I make sure to always usually buy washable rugs/runners because of spills and I have a dog. But it’s still a gorgeous rug

Extremely discolored. I purchased this rug about 3 years ago in a larger size and decided to buy the runner for my new space because I liked it so much. However, the colors on this runner rug were really off. I had to return it. I tried 2 other local targets and the all appeared discolored also. I'm not one to post negative reviews but I'm hoping they are able to fix this issue. Otherwise it's a great rug but would prefer it the colors were fixed.

I absolutely love these rugs, I have the door mat & the runner. However, they are not washable. They completely lose the pattern after being washed 2 times, it looks entirely different than when I purchased. I never read the reviews before purchasing and I can concur, there was a horrible smell (cat pee like) on my first door mat. Fortunately they are cheap and can be replaced, but they are in high traffic areas so being washable was pretty important to me.
