I have been taking it for years now, and I think I am at a point that it has just done it's on and is in a stable mode. As long as I take it, the job has done it thing. Q: I have bought viviscale for yrs, noticed the inside packaging has changed depending on store. Viviscal sells them with the pills in a straight across line, target pills are not in a straight line?

It had kinda a weird taste to me, but it wasn't unbearable. I just drank water before, during, and after the pill, and it helped. I didn't notice a huge difference, but I feel like my hair is a bit shiner and stronger. My hair grows very slowly in general, though. I also love that it was a 60 day supply since you only need 1 pill a day. Definitely going to give one more pack a test. Since I noticed less breakage.
