Q: Is this fan quiet enough to not be disruptive in an office setting? I'm in a cubicle and can place it under the desk (pointed up) to muffle sound, but I worry it won't be enough.

Q: I have a dozen of these fans. How do I use the compressed air to clean it ? Where do I point it ? A lot of dirt has accumulated inside. And I can't use any of them till I get the air quality safe again.

A: For cleaning with compressed air, we recommend using the straw attachment to point toward where the dust has collected. We recently bought this product for our bedroom. We wanted to move the air, but also have a little noise to drown out the ringing in our ears. This fan works great for our needs and takes up very little space. No vibrating and skidding off the nightstand!

I have two of these fans and they work well. Only problem is that they collect dust, like all fans, and I can’t figure how to clean the accumulated dust that gets lodged in the interior drum and behind the grill. It would help if the grill could be removed for cleaning.

Small footprint is a plus, as I intended to use it in my LITTLE kitchen. Plugged it in, and turned it on, only two settings, they call them hi and lo, I call it WEAK and WEAKER! BARELY felt the air 3 inches away. Wanted to love this, but isn't happening, so back to the store it goes. Three stars for ease of use, because, plug in, turn to "weak" or "weaker" and tilt fan to direct (haha) airflow.

Even on the highest of the (two) settings, the airflow is weak. I wanted this to help keep me cool after a shower and while I’m styling my hair. But it just doesn’t help unless I hold it directly in front of my face, which defeats the purpose.

Love this fan. My husband bought it for me since I am always hot especially at night and he always freezes. I had a box fan I would try to blow on my side but not his but that means it would also blow by the baby's crib. So he got me this for Christmas. Puts out a decent amount on high, not like you would want during a hot flash or if you were really over heated but enough to help cool the air. On low it blows so gentle and so quiet often that is my favorite setting as it might not provide immediate relief it does cool me and doesn't over cool me if left on all night. Also low setting barely stirs the air on his side of the bed just cools my side. Perfect personal fan!
