Vornado VFAN Mini Modern Personal Vintage Air Circulator Fan

I liked the look, sound, and size of this fan but it stopped working after about 3 weeks (only used at night while sleeping). Will be returning.

Bought three for my daughter's apartment to keep the air moving.

I bought this partly for the great jet turbine retro aesthetics and partly because Vornado has a solid reputation. At full speed, this is able to circulate air in every corner of my 11'x10' bedroom. I'm often listening to music with headphones so the slightly loud fan noise at full speed doesn't bother me. Be aware that it isn't quiet at the full RPM. At half speed, it doesn't circulate the air fully, but is perfect for pointing directly at me when I'm at my desk. I can still feel it when it's halfway across the room. When I run it as I fall asleep, I enjoy the noise it makes at half speed. Don't expect the power of a full-size box fan or ceiling fan, but it gets the job done well for a smallish bedroom and looks great (I bought the white). Side note- I recommend buying a smart plug to turn this into a smart plug. Makes the experience so much better

I got this fan for my cubicle at work. It’s perfect! It looks small, but it’s got a nice amount of airflow. It’s quiet on the low setting, but a nice airflow. It’s a lot louder on the high setting with much more airflow. It has a simple structure, looks easy to take apart and adjust. Also love the way it looks!

I love these fans! I bought two; one for my kitchen and one for my home office. The color gray matches my cabinets perfectly, and it works great to target smoke to my weak exhaust fan when searing. The white one went to my office, which tends to get hot. I'm a very happy customer!

Just what I needed to cool a middle room in a carriage house.

Great air circulation for a small space. Quiet hum. I use it in my bedroom for sleep. It is way better than the plastic one I replaced. It cost a little more, but you can tell it is made much better and it’s metal and I love how it looks!

i really loved this fan, for a long time too. but somewhere along the road it got wonky, it now is EXTREMELY loud on the first setting, and takes like 5-10 minutes to kick back into normal and sound okay again. i’m really annoyed because i loved this fan. it’ll wake me up in the middle of the night making suuuuch a weird noise. i’ve been fickiling with it for 20 minutes now.

I just bought this mini fan in August to help alleviate the hot summer we are having in California this year. The fan is really cute and adorable. However, it's not as powerful as I would have liked it to be...it's mostly only good for keeping near your desk. Also, it's very, very loud, especially on the second setting. I've debated whether to keep or return. It's beautiful, but I'm not sure that it's very functional.

I bought this little gem to use in my little kitchen. I needed something I could put on a countertop and move the air. This fan is perfect! It's small enough to be inconspicuous, but funky enough to be cool (no pun intended).

The best looking fan in our house. Small spaces with more fans is better than big ones. More efficient and better looking.

Like the metal housing. Puts out good breeze. Mounted on porch ceiling to circulate air and it works just as we hoped it would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fan allows for excellent airflow in my 3rd floor home office without taking up much space on my desk. It's a very small fan, but has the performance of a large box-type window fan. It's quiet - not so quiet as to be unnoticeable, but certainly not as loud as a window air conditioner or similar. It's also heavy/sturdy enough to not move about or tip over easily. I really love this little fan and will probably buy another model - possibly a larger one for my home gym.

This little fan is cute, with a kind of brushed metallic look, and creates a decent amount of airflow for its size. I wish it were a little less bulky as my desk space is already limited (my primary use is in my home office). It is not excessively noisy, but the motor isn't silent by any means (it is a fan after all). I find it to be a nice, reasonable-volume noise, and might even be nice to fall asleep to. It does not oscillate, which is a drawback for me, and only has two speed settings. I find it comparable to other fans of its size, and would probably purchase it independently if the price was $35 or less (I'm not sure of the retail price). Overall a nice product, and looks to be well-built.
