A: I returned this waterpik because it broke in under 2 months.. this was a three pulse waterpik and now I have athe new one is the one pulse.. I agree.. I can't travel without my waterpik.. read the reviews of this product on the internet.. the three pulse one... I hope you find this useful...

I have purchased many waterpiks over the years. The previous one purchased within the past two years still worked but the water reservoir seal failed and it would not hold water. This seems to be a common problem as I had to return a brand new one for this issue. I am satisfied with the product itself as it does floss my teeth very well.

Too big, too heavy
I was surprised at the size if the Cordless Plus when I took it out of the box. I felt it was too heavy and awkward to use, left it in its sealed plastic and returned it the next day. I had hoped to take it on a trip but forget that, too large! Also, it turns out from reading online that this model cannot be used in the shower which is what I wanted to do. Glad I kept it sealed and thanks to Target for their return policy. If you are used to using their standard Waterpik, you will find the item gigantic.

Flossing opportunity
I use this unit daily instead of flossing with string. My arthritic fingers wont do the string anymore so this is wonderful. It leaves my mouth feeling so CLEAN. It was recommended by a dentist as a super alternative to flossing.

Charging Issues
Bought this to replace a previous WP-400 whose battery died prematurely. It's absurd that the new one includes only a charging cord that fits a USB charger (not provided and not obviously necessary from the packaging) and that the new one won't accept the charger from the old one.

Do not buy
Does not last. I’ve had for only a few months and it’s already not fully charging! I have to charge every 2 to 3 uses. I don’t like this version of the water pick total waste of money
