Cured my gigivitus i had for 7 years
I’ve had this water flosser for 2 years now. I used to struggle with flossing with having minor gingivitis since I was 14. I bought this when my dentist recommended it when I was 21. I had minor gingivitis 14-21. I went in for a check up 6 months later and was told my gingivitis was gone! I was so surprised, plus when they flossed my teeth it used to always hurt but when my Gingivitis was gone the flossing wasn’t unbearable like it used to be. Sometimes dentists back then would have to try different methods of flossing or just only doing a few because it hurt so bad. I still wouldn’t want to regular floss with string floss, but I’ll stick to the waterpik since it works and got rid of my gingivitis. Also I want to mention gingivitis sometimes made my gums bleed from just brushing my teeth, my gums were so sensitive because I refused to floss. My gingivitis probably got better because I was flossing but waterpik gave me the ability to do that, so I thank them sincerely.

I would not want to be without this water floss. I inquired about it to my dental hygienist my last cleaning, she recommended the water floss to try because I was always getting a buildup of plaque between visits. I believe this will help to reduce the amount of plaque buildup, I use the Waterpik multiple times per day maybe 4-6 flossing's, then at night before retiring I use the Waterpik then string floss and very little to nothing on the string. So far I've used the regular tip.

Inadequate reservoir
This is my 2nd Waterpik flosser. It's annoying, that you do not design a machine with an adequate reservoir for a single "whole mouth" use. I usually have to stop, and refill the reservoir tank twice, during use. This increases the mess on my bathroom vanity, and it's just a nuisance. I realize that many users do not have large bathroom amenities, and do not want a larger footprint machine....but, there should be a way to increase the water reservoir.

I have been using a WaterPik for well over 40 years. It is the ultimate tool to use daily not only to strengthen your gums but to remove any debris in between teeth. I have seen a certificate price increase over the last 10 years but was able to get a sale for a little less by being patient. I usually replace my unit every two years.

Disappointed
I’ve had a water pic before for years and it just finally died and was really disappointed, but knew I wanted to get another water pic. This one doesn’t seem to have much power. I don’t feel like it cleans my mouth.
