Q: i bought this waterproof pad and i have some questions before i go return this product as it didn't quite satisfied me. i pour some water on it and it didn't absorb, why? can we use for it for newborn
A: While the above user is absolutely correct about the dangers of using loose blankets for sleeping infants, I believe this pad is intended to be used underneath a fitted crib sheet, which, if used as such, would make it safe to use for a crib. We used a similar setup with our babies and it did help protect the mattress with nighttime diaper leaks (and the dreaded blowout).

Q: 2 Q's: I don't mean to be indelicate, but would anyone recommend this for *adult* uses- i.e. to throw on top of sheets to prevent messes? Is the soft top absorb or not? Thanks!

submitted byKG - 3 years agoA: I'm an adult, use for incontinence when sleeping. Very absorbent when underwear, pads cannot hold anymore liquid. Would work for other uses when needing to keep surfaces dry. It is warm to sleep on.

Q: Is this machine washable?
A: Tag says machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Use non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low and remove promptly. Have not tested yet but the materials are mostly polyester.
