Moves too freely
While the pad is indeed waterproof and protects the mattress, it does not stay put well and moves around, bunches up, etc. we tried it directly on the mattress, on top of a different mattress pad, above the sheet, and nothing helps. Our kiddo does move around a bit, but even when we are making the bed, it shifts around too much.

Packaging and product size don't match up!
Do NOT buy if you expect it to be same size as packaging shows! Sizing is half of what the pictures show. And, the description of " fits 15-in deep mattresses" means absolutely nothing- it's just a flat pad. I should have done more research, read the reviews and invested more dollars.

This pad is definitely not waterproof. The first time my child wet the bed, it was fine worked as it should. This second time it absolutely leaked through to the mattress. Highly upset with this product considering the mattress I bought my 5 year old is less then a month old!!

NOT Waterproof, but helpful based on the need
Purchased 2 "Target brand waterproof 36x50" pads in January 2026 for under dog bed for pet with urinary incontinence at night. Helped limit soaking into carpet, however was always moist underneath. Not soaking wet underneath, but definitely not waterproof. This product helps to keep wetness within the area of pad, and really soaks up alot of liquid, however it WILL leak moisture through bottom plastic-like layer.

Deceiving size, too small
The products packaging describing the size of the pad is extremely deceptive. I bought (in store) what was only described as “large” so I spent some time in the aisle comparing and reading the packaging to find a size to cover my queen bed. Based on the packaging’s diagrams, the pad should have covered the majority of the bed, but instead only covers about half of the bed. Very disappointing and I unfortunately can’t return because I needed to use it for an emergency for my senior cat.
