It worked very well in our sub-grade living space. The noise level is very reasonable it sounds like a fan in the background. It is high quality and the appearance is nice for a living space. The drain hose is well placed and transparent so you can see if there is a clog. Waykar customer service has been very helpful. We highly recommend this product.

I’ve been using this dehumidifier for the past 21 months in a large basement, and it performed reliably. It was great for reducing humidity. Recently, I had to make a warranty claim. The support team was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I would recommend this brand based on my experience.

This dehumidifier did not work and the customer service was abysmal. It ran constantly with the incorrect humidity displayed and never collected water when our other humidifier filled up twice over. I contacted the company and received a complicated reply of all the things I needed to check and questions I needed to answer, written in such garbled English I couldn't follow half of it. When I contacted them again, they wanted $45 for shipping back on their useless product or, as a favor, I could get free warranty shipping if I came here and left a 4 or 5 star review. They can keep their replacement and you can have my honest review.

This dehumidifier is small but powerful. We didn't realize just how damp our house was until we got this. We have to dump it daily because it collects so much moisture. We did have a small issue with an error code but we reached out to the company and they helped us to resolve it quickly. Highly recommend this.
