It's like everything about this scale it's garbage it doesn't connect to the app through the Bluetooth it doesn't connect to Google fit they lost their license it has not worked to connect to share with anything since I had it it's just worthless just unfortunate that they got the money and they knew their product didn't work and won't do anything to ensure that it works

Too many downfalls to justify buying!
I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but in this case it warrants one. Yes has a large screen, but you better have your phone ready because the screen goes blank within seconds. I did not have time to write it all down. You can create up to 10 users, but you cannot go back and see previous weights. The fact that the screen goes blank so fast and cannot recall prior weigh ins is bad. You do have access to the WW app, but this scale does not have blue tooth to connect to your phone for the app. The only positive feature I have found is the large screen shows all the info clear enough that if you can take a picture with your phone you do not have to zoom in much to see. How can something this day and age not have a Bluetooth. My pets toys have Bluetooth to show if they were played with or not. We can even control 1 of the balls with our phone. Blue tooth would make it such a good product. If I could give it less than 1 star I just might. It does say it is safe and rated for 500lbs on box, but no one here is close to needing that.

Immediately returned. Read reviews and purchased in spite of the negative reviews and immediately regretted it. Didn’t work from day 1. Gave me weight but that was all. Didn’t connect to app didn’t read body composition.

Useless - Doesnt connect to app
Do not buy this scale. It is completely useless once you bring it home and realize it won’t even connect to the app because it doesn’t have Bluetooth capabilities. It’s literally a $40 waste. Why wouldn’t they have just given it Bluetooth so you could track your measurements in the app? Completely pointless. I will be returning.

Great idea that doesn't work
Very difficult to program to get BMI and other information and then it works once out of 8 trys. Also just stepping on scale to get only weight results in 'err" error message more than half the time. I'm good at programming appliances so it's a faulty program in the scale.

Incorrect, inconsistent
This scale is terrible. If I get on it 5 times in a row I get 3 different weights. It is inconsistent. I tried on tile, hard wood, several locations account my house to see if it would read the same number twice and it was always different. This thing is garbage

Garbage. Don't buy
Got an error message on scale, plus the readings weren't right, so figured Batteries might need replacing. Batteries tested perfectly, but scale doesn't work at all, and if it turns on only gives Err message. Definitely don't waste money on this.
