Q: How do the stars come on? I only see the nebulas. On the remote, the “LED/Laser” button acts an an on/off only. Please help!

A: Hi Tara, the laser star lights are controlled by toggling between the LED / Laser button located on the top right hand corner of the remote control.

Q: This requires 3 'zinc carbon' batteries (included) and has a power cord. Those batteries are not rechargeable. Does this actually use batteries? Similar like products don't use batteries and are A/C

A: Hello, the included batteries are for the remote control. The actual projecor is USB powered.

A: You will not hear music through the projector, the light show syncs to your music, which you are playing through another device. It is activated through the music modes on the remote control

Q: How do I activate the "Sound Sync" mode? I cannot seem to get it to work, despite pressing the buttons both on the remote and on the projector that indicate that they would activate the sync mode.

I've had this for less than a year. There are two projections, one of static stars, the other moving aurora borealis. It is truly beautiful and fun, until the motor in the moving part messes up and is loud enough to hear from my bedroom. You can turn that function off, and the sound disappears, but that defeats the purpose of this particular product. Bummed

My boys loved it, I got this on sale which I thought was a great price point. But you have to make sure it’s angled properly otherwise it won’t show the stars as big as it could. Comes with a remote!!

This is an amazing night light! The only downside is the astronaut always tipping over from the base “moon” piece. Seems like they should just have been molded together. I’ll have to glue it 🤷🏻♀️

My kids absolutely LOVE this! It’s so vibrant! You can’t change the color of the stars, but you can change the colors of the other lights. And the other lights can move at different speeds or you can have it not move at all. It’s really fun and magical for kids, the perfect night light!

This is the best night light to ever exist!! As a mom of four I have tried so many different night lights and projectors but this one is hands down the best. I have read other reviews about the longevity of this and I’m hoping that won’t be the case for us. I bought two and am on the fence of buying a third ! I want one for myself . Photos don’t do it justice.
