[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re looking for a quality supplement with all organic ingredients then this is the brand for you. I’ve been trying several of their other supplements and I’m really liking them. I take the ashwaghanda for a natural anti anxiety medicine and it just helps keep me calm and not anxious. The pill is a medium size capsule and easy to swallow. All the ingredients are high quality and clean and I noticed a difference after about a week of taking it! The price is affordable too. I like that the company is committed to all natural, GMO free ingredients so I’m getting only what I expected. The dose is two capsules once daily which makes one bottle last about 6 weeks. They are easily digestible with no side effects. I haven’t noticed any major mood improvements but I will keep taking it and see what happens. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress as a 37 YO woman with 2 kids under 5. This product is not a substitute for therapy and doesn’t hit the same as a glass of wine. That being said, it appears to be high quality and doesn’t have a weird aftertaste. The bottle kind of smells like brown sugar. Because it’s shipped from manufacturer, it took over a week to get to my house so plan ahead for sure. Seems like a good value if this helps you but I can’t tell you it’s done a ton for me yet. I received an incentive to write this review.

This is a 90 capsule bottle, which lasts for 45 servings, or 45 days if taken consistently as recommended. There isn’t much of a flavor after ingestion, but I definitely tasted some root-like, or mushroom flavor in my mouth. I like the size of the pill because they are easily swallowed and not oversized. I think the bottle comes at a very reasonable price point as the supplement has a lot of positives to it like no fillers and extra testing done, etc that adds cost to the item before getting to the shelf for consumers to buy. They definitely helped to ease my tension and were a great natural supplement for me. You have to take two daily so the bottle lasts about a month. This has 45 servings per bottle and is cheaper than the previous brand I used which only had 25 servings. The KSM-66 is the way to go with no chemical solvents used, and truly is more natural. It's peace of mind that this has been 3rd party tested, and comes with double tamper proof seals. The capsules are smaller than previous ones, and offer the calming effect I want. I’ve taken it a few nights and so far it seems like it has helped me. I usually take it along with melatonin and magnesium. The pills are small and easy to swallow.
