I first got this Item in May 2025 and had no issues, the price was a bit higher. Also they did work for me no side effects.In October I picked them up again, I took notice the change in the name and noticed the pill changed as soon as I opened the bottle. I went over the formula and that has changed as well. I always have my vitamins on a full stomach. I’ll be back to let you all know how I feel with the new formula.

There okay , the taste is gross I’ve been using them for at least a few months and I’m not sure if they’re working, but I think they have been OK. I don’t have any major side effects or anything like nausea but when you put them in your mouth, make sure you swallow it right away cause they’re very grainy and the taste can rub off on your tongue and it’s nasty .

Is it just me?
Ok first of all they’re too big it hurts my throat after I swallow it. When I’ve taken multivitamins in the past from another brand it also stops my sweet cravings this one I’ve noticed my cravings are still there, And I’ve also noticed since I started taking them my feet keep feeling hot and a little swollen, I wasn’t having this issue before taking them. Does any one have the same problem? I will definitely won’t be taking them or buying again.

These vitamins used to be one of the best multis on the market (when they were the "under 50" pills with the pink coating). No GI upset, and made me feel great. Why change something that's not broken? Target, read the reviews, & please start selling the old formula again!

Centrum and Natures Brand were sold out so I gave this a try. I’ve taken it the last 2 months and I can say it helped but maybe a bit too much for me. I notice I have fuzzy hair like side burns on my face. I am going back to my regular. I don’t recommend this.
