Very chunky fire-roasted tomatoes Chile de arbol and jalapenos make this a great salsa for dipping or cooking. This is the most authentic of the salsas. Made Molcajete style a stone ground process used in the old Indian Aztec world and currently still used in Mexican kitchens. Please recycle. Xochitl means "flower" in the Aztec language. No preservatives added.
