I wanted to love these but the taste was absolutely terrible. They tasted like blood mixed with metal. I tried so many ways to digest these, swallowing whole, plugging my nose & chewing, but nothing work because the aftertaste lingers & I just couldn’t do it anymore. Other than the taste, no complaints.
