[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was incentivized a 1.5 oz. jar of Zarbee's soothing chest rub, thanks to Influenster and Zarbee's, in exchange for my honest opinion of the product. Let's start with the super cute packaging and ease of opening. I didn't have to fight to get to the product, which was nice. I was pleasantly surprised when I realized that this balm absorbs rather quickly and doesn't leave a greasy residue. The scent is very light and calming, lavender and eucalyptus. There are no dyes, artificial fragrances, parabens, menthol or petroleum in this chest rub, which is a huge plus in my book! It does contain shea butter and beeswax, which is moisturizing. We've never used Zarbee's before today, but we will be using Zarbee's from now on!

I love the quality ingredients without all the filler junk ingredients that many big box suppliers have. Both of my boys find comfort in having it rubbed in on their chest, with its soothing properties, and enjoy the relief it provides. As a parent I wasn’t comfortable using the traditional chest rubs due to their artificial ingredients so I was very happy to find this alternative. This rub goes on smoothly and has a light, natural scent. I will absolutely continue to use the product as it remains my go to for those uncomfortable days.

It’s not July when it goes on but in order for you to barely be able to smell it you need a lot. Doesn’t seem very effective especially since it’s for a child. I don’t think that it’s something I would purchase after my free sample from Influenster.
