Q: Are Zevo products tested on mammals? Obviously it can’t be “cruelty-free” because it has to kill the ants and is tested that way, but is any other animal testing involved in the R&D, production, or post-market analysis of these products?

The ants were gone almost instantly, and they haven’t been back since. I love that it’s not overpowering in smell and doesn’t leave behind any harsh chemical residue like traditional bug sprays. I haven’t had the chance to try it on roaches or flies yet, so I can’t speak to its full multi-insect power just yet—but for ants, it’s a solid win. I also appreciate that it uses essential oils and is safer around pets and kids compared to most chemical-heavy brands. If you’re dealing with ants and want something effective without the scary fumes, Zevo is definitely worth it!

This product does not kill ants on contact. I sprayed some around my back door and the ants seemed to treat it like a kids splash pad, moving around in it but not dying. I checked the area about 15 minutes later only to find them crawling around in the area I had sprayed. Use in another area of the house got the same results.

We're sorry to hear that the product didn’t meet your expectations. A good tip is to make sure you spray the bug completely with Zevo, especially if it’s a big one! One or two pulls of the trigger on the Multi-Insect Spray or a 1 to 2 second spray with the Aerosol sprays should be enough to handle small the medium size bugs… but if you have large bugs (like big cockroaches), it may require an extra dose. Make sure the bug gets covered by the Zevo spray to the point where it’s wet. We'd like to get more information to help, as well as share your experience with our Quality Team. I have bought the plug in and yes I figured it wouldn't work like so many other advertising but surprised it was full by morning and it continued to work if full or a few the glue inside is really good I have since bought 2 refill liner that goes inside at Walmart,,I going to try the spray because got flies from chicken 🐔 lots and Gnats

This simple spray bottle is more reliable and efficient than the larger, aerosol version of the same product. Best of all is the narrow stream setting that allows pinpointed aim that lets the user place virtually the entire "squirt" onto a single bug. Selling larger, more economical refill bottle would be the next logical step for this product.

This stuff really works!! The only reason that I didn't give it a perfect rating is because I wish they made trap style killer for roaches (they make one for flying insects, but not for ones that crawl), instead of just the spray.

Who sets around holding a bottle of spray waiting for a bug to come? Other than that, the packaging is good, the bottle is the right size.

I bought this 3 days ago for a MAJOR ant problem. It killed on contact. I let mine dry then cleaned roughly 24hrs later. So far after a couple of hiders, the ants have actually NOT RETURNED 🤯. Do be aware according to how much you spray the Rosemary/Mint is DEFINITELY noticeable.

This is a good product and the rosemary/mint smell, while strong at first, dissipates quickly; however, I find it is very difficult to spray directly on a fast moving target - a roach - just to be sure the spray has hit it. When it does, it immediately kills it though. With cats in the house, I'm glad it safe to use, but I can't have the mist flying all over the place while I try to get it on the bug. Wish this acted as a repellent as well.
