Zevo On Body Mosquito + Tick Repellent Aerosol Spray - 6 fl oz

Used several times and had more ticks on my body then when I didn't use it.

We bought our first bottle and had to cut off the top and put in a spray bottle because it stopped spraying. Bought a second bottle. After the first few sprays it just drizzles out. Not only that, but the bottles are only a third full, maybe that's why they cover part of the bottle with a label so you don't see the amount in there.

My Wife bought this, had not used but word of mouth well it FLUNKED ON MOSQUITOS. I live in LA by water after applying before going out. They swarmed me biting had 10 on each leg, had Zevo with me reapplied and they just landed and bit. I have tried Many repellants gave this 110% it failed think you should remove the Mosquito part possibly works on Ticks!!!!

I tried using this during my hikes in the woods, first location was fine. I don't think I got bit. I get it for not having deet and smelling like crap it's nice, but this does not repel those swamp mosquitoes. The deep woods mosquitos, the relentless, starved mosquitos, the ravenous, chase-you-while-you-try-to-run-away landing-on-you-while-you-flail-your-arms mosquitoes. That was after I showered myself in this stuff!!! I mean, I really did load it on. Mainly cause I was scared it wouldn't work, and it really didn't. Pretty much this stuff doesn't work to repel the type of mosquitos you don't want to bite because you'll end up with 20+ spots on your body. I coated myself in this stuff till my skin was greased. 10 minutes later I watched as a mosquito landed on my arm, backed off, landed, backed off, landed, backed off until it managed to find a spot where I guess I didn't slather enough of this stuff on. I'm not even trying to over exaggerate or be dramatic. I got about 10 bites. On my hands, on my arms, my shoulders. One got me on the neck. I showered myself in this stuff!!! It makes me worry if it actually will repel ticks. I probably won't be using it for my hikes again, and id advise anyone here not to try this if you're going to a marshy, bay type area. Or anywhere with standing water and starving mosquitos.

I bought this for my 2 and a half year old and she still gets bit everytime.. she plays outside at my parents house and still gets bit no matter how many times I spray her. This is ridiculous.

My neighbor gave me a bottle of this stuff and I just used it for the first time yesterday. I sprayed it right before I went to the park and I have at least 12-15 mosquito bites on my legs that are turning into welts after being at the park for less than an hour. I have 2 other bottles of mosquito repellent that are a different brand that I usually use that work but wanted to try Zevo since it claims to have no odor. Although the odor is less offensive than other brands, there is still an odor and the product DOES NOT work. I’m so itchy, uncomfortable, and angry that you would sell a useless product.

I found Zevo and tried it. It works. The first time I used the spray it felt like nothing on my skin. Dry, no residue. The second bottle I bought felt different. It left an oily film on my arms and legs.

I have been using this product for a month or two while lounging on my patio and working in my yard with excellent results! Yesterday, however, we experienced a very shocking and potentially deadly danger posed by this product! We have been storing our can of Zevo on body repellant in our plastic storage box, designed for patio and deck use ever since we first tried it. Yesterday, we experienced the hottest temperatures yet this summer and in the early afternoon, that can violently exploded inside of the storage box, igniting the entire box, all of its contents (contents were a seat cushion, a towel, a blanket and bird seed) and the patio umbrella that was directly over it! Luckily, at that moment, no one was sitting in the patio chair directly adjacent to that box or they would have been severely burned!! The loud explosion was heard throughout the house despite loud television and video game noise! My wife immediately ran out onto the patio where the entire storage box, the patio umbrella and nearby additional plastic boxes of bird seed were flaming furiously about 9 feet into the air, nearly igniting a nearby hickory tree! She eventually extinguished the fire with our garden hose! My wife was preparing to leave the house, and if this had happened while she was gone, it would have caught the tree on fire resulting in our house burning down! This was a very close call! I know for certain that it was the can of Zevo that exploded, as it was the only combustible item in the box and the exploded can was peeled inside out with traces of carbon on it! There were burnt debris all over the patio from the explosion! I will NEVER use this product ever again! BEWARE!!!!!

I work in the forest in Oregon and I’ve used this product for 9 days now (Monday thru Friday) and every single day I have been bit at least twice sometimes more. If you work as a logger or do forestry type work pick another product

Although I cannot vouch for the tick repellent, the mosquitos in Wisconsin have steered clear of my patio! We have a pond in the way back of the yard, so usually the mosquitos find their way back to vulnerable legs and arms that dare to be outside. This is a great product!

The spray did what it supposed to do, prevented us from mosquitos without hassle. The spray was not sticky, there was no unpleasant strong smell and worked well in a wet environment. It was easy to apply and did not require frequent applications. I would recommend it to others without reservation.

I suffer bad with mosquitoes so I most certainly am going to try this product to see how this weather is the storm with the mosquitoes in Florida...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Zevo On-Body was recently given a tough field test by our family, three generations from age 3 to 74. We went on a two-hour hike at a state park in the Ozarks. Lots of ticks and mosquitos looking for a meal. Our entire group of 11 left the park tick free and no mosquito bites. Pretty impressive results. I liked that there is no cap to lose, you just twist the top to spray the repellent. It clicks when you have it in the right spot. It has a light scent, not overpowering. Adults can leave it on overnight, which would be great for camping. Zevo does not contain DEET. If you're looking for an insect repellent that does not contain DEET and works. I would recommend Zevo.
