Purpose

For best results, use at the first sign of a cold and continue to use until symptoms completely subside. Take every 2-3 hours until symptoms are gone. Keep carton for complete warnings and information.Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older
Take 1 tablet at the onset of symptoms; dissolve entire tablet in mouth. Do not chew. Do not swallow whole; repeat every 2-3 hours, not to exceed 7 tablets in 24 hours. Take until symptoms are gone; to avoid minor stomach upset, do not take on an empty stomach; do not eat or drink for 15 minutes after use. Do not eat or drink citrus fruits or juices for 30 minutes before or after use. Otherwise, drink plenty of fluids.Children Under 12 Years of Age

Works fast

Affective but not my favorite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These cherry flavored Zicam cold remedy rapid melts were okay. They did taste better than I expected them to since synthetic cherry flavor can easily be less than desirable. I probably would have preferred orange flavor to be honest. It was hard for me to allow it to melt in my mouth since it has a bit of a chalky texture and tastes a little chalky as well. I prefer the swabs since they are easier to use quickly and don’t leave a weird aftertaste in my mouth. As far as effectiveness, I do think they helped keep me from getting very sick when my children had gotten colds recently. I assume these would work wonderfully for someone who doesn’t mind textures and doesn’t like to use swabs in their nose. Overall it was effective and if I had to I would use them again but if given a choice I would choose the zicam swabs instead because that is my personal preference.

I’d definelty recommend it to help relive cold sym
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This helped shorten my cold and relieve some of the symptoms I had. Smell and taste was not over powering and it was easy to swallow. It is a staple in my medicine cabinet, and easily accessible at the drugstore. Each tablet comes individually wrapped, and not too pricey.

My holy grail
I keep these with me all the time! I get sick easily with sinus infections but ever since I’ve been using this I have not gotten sick at all! It will not work if you take it while you’re sick! But if you start to FEEL like you’re about to get sick then take one right away! Keep taking it until you feel 100%. Works wonders

These are cherry flavored rapidmelts. You get 25 quick dissolve tablets in the pack. I like the size of the tablets. They melt quickly. These worked really well for me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been a bit wary of over-the-counter cold meds, but Zicam's Cherry RapidMelts have surprised me in a good way. As soon as I feel a cold sneaking up on me, I pop one of these in my mouth. They dissolve really fast and leave a nice taste that isn’t overly medicinal. I can't say they completely banish a cold, but I definitely notice a difference. My symptoms aren’t as bad, and it seems like my cold doesn’t stay around as long. It feels like they help my body get back on track quicker. The convenience of these RapidMelts is great too. No need for water or dealing with messy liquids, just let it dissolve and you’re done. They’re small enough to put in my purse or pocket, so I’m always ready. All in all, I really like Zicam's Cherry RapidMelts. They’re perfect for when I’m fighting off a cold, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a quick and easy way to ease those cold symptoms.

Undecided on Effectiveness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received cash back in exchange for my honest opinion. The packaging was easy to open. The texture of these somewhat resembled a tums to me. It was mildly chalky. The cherry flavor was sweet and did not leave a bad taste in my mouth. I used this for a sore throat, but I cannot definitively say whether or not they decreased the length of symptoms. There is no way for me or anyone to prove whether or not this decreases length of sickness. If I take it and my symptoms go away, how can I say for sure if it was the addition of the zicam, or just my immune system at work? I am undecided if I would try this again. I suppose if I had a long duration of a cold I would give it a try, but I don’t normally have a cold where symptoms persist long enough that I would need this. My immune system takes care of that. I would say these may be good for someone who does not get over illnesses quickly and I see no harm in trying. I also removed two stars because they gave me a headache after about two hours of taking the dose. The headache lasted only a few hours and then wore off. I also did not care for some of the filler ingredients like magnesium stearate, sucralose (artificial sweetener) and yellow no 6. For homeopathic medicine which suggests to me as a consumer as a healthier option, this is not the case.

Cherry Zicam
I find Zicam to be really helpful when my family is sick. Any time someone mentions that they're not feeling well I instantly start taking these to prevent any symptoms. I find that's what gives me the best result instead of waiting for the sickness to hit.

Life changing
This is a must-have if you have kids in daycare. I take it when I feel a cold coming on, and I also take it twice a day as soon as one of my kids has cold symptoms. My colds are so much shorter and less severe now. For me, it’s worth the gross taste and weird feeling in my mouth.
