What gives (other than the opening?)!
What has happened? Your bags, specifically, the expensive, freezer gallon bags, keep breaking at the seal. I’ve gone to open the bag and end up with a strip of the seal and a closed bag that then becomes nearly impossible to open. Why is this happening?

Product damage
The box was demolished when it got delivered to me. That is the 3rd time I have received an item through delivery that has been crushed. It is inside a cardboard box which is in great condition so it’s not the shipping company. It’s your people.

Remember to fold the tops down or...
or these won’t stand up. I bought these for my dog’s meal prepping where the meals are very moist and soft and just a bit thicker than baby food. These hold up well and allow me to prep and store in the freezer until needed. I also haven’t had any issues with leakage and sealing them close it quick and easy.

unfortunately when receiving products via mail or even when they deliver it out to your car, you're at the mercy of whoever is picking it out. One of my boxes of Ziploc bags arrived All out of the broken box. I had to tape the box with all the bags so that I can have them together. That's not the way to do things.

Unfortunately this product has lost my support and loyalty. I have purchased Ziploc over other brands for the quality I always received. However that may never happen again. I have opened at least 5 bags in order to get one that doesn't tear open and I have to throw them away. In this day, that is unacceptable when every dollar counts.

New stay open design
I bought these and I am very disappointed with the stay open design - it limits the amount you can put in the bag! Today I tried to put a steak in a quart bag for the freezer but the length was not there so had to use a gallon that ended up folding three times over the steak.

Can't open bag without the handle tearing off!!
Quality has gone downhill noticeably! We can't open a bag without the "handle" tearing off the top, without opening the seal. We've had this happen with 3 different boxes (38 count freezer bag) and it happens every time. What is going on? I might as well go back to the cheaper bags, if this is going to happen every time I try to open the bag.

LEAKS!
Why in the world are there perforations on a freezer bag? In addition to freezing things, I also use these to marinate meats and this made a Sriracha Honey MESS, as well as being very unsanitary leaking raw meat juice about. It doesn't make sense. I use all of the sizes of your bags on a daily basis because they are usually the best on the market. I am taking them back to the store for a refund.
