I love it , perfect with everything, but it filled down and the lid broke, I can’t find a spear part so I can’t use it anymore, it was perfect for 1 week only, I am so sad

Hello, we're sorry for the late arrival of the parts. The past mugs I’ve had, had a bar across the opening to limit the amount of hot fluid going into your mouth. This does not, and sometimes send too much hot liquid into your mouth All at once, I prefer the old model.
