I’ve had insulated mugs from many other name brands like Yeti. This is by far the best. Design and functionality are unmatched, and the product will not leak. Genuinely. It’s a sleek, functional, aesthetic, high quality product. I will be returning in the future.

If you want a mug that keeps your coffee or tea hot for more than eight hours, this one is your best option. I love my mug ❤️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my mug 3 weeks ago and I am very pleased with it. I use my mug daily for work. It keeps my coffee hot for hours. I work 2nd shift and make my coffee around noon each day and most times I'll drink it around 6:00PM and sometimes later and the coffee is still hot The mug is well built and I especially like that it is super easy to clean. The lid seals and locks which has helped prevent spills when it fell over in my car. It did accidentally fall out of my side pocket of backpack hitting the asphalt with only a minor ding on the bottom. Overall, I I'm very happy with it and I'm sure this will last a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a few key differences from my older version, 1) rubber gaskets from the lid are no longer detachable, 2) size of the water bottle, 3) inner lining. 1) There were 2 rubber gaskets that can be removed from the lid for cleaning. The top gaskets that prevents water from leaking during closing and the gaskets from the mouth piece. Both are now non removable. The plastic mouth piece can still be separated. I like this design more. Less things to clean and become lost. The mechanism performs just as well as before. I've used my previous water bottle for years and the rubber never required to be replaced. 2) The bottle's size is now thicker and less tall for the 20oz. It feels less like a baton and requires a slightly wider grip. All in all, for my hands it is fine, but I feel like I need to be more careful when quickly grabbing it. 3) The inner lining doesn't have a coating. I haven't tried using it for beverages other than water. I'm afraid coffee may stain it. I really enjoy the simple single hand opening mechanism, press, release and shift the lid further back to keep it in place. Very simple to use, especial during driving for myself. I put in warm - hot water and it keeps the water the same temperature the whole day. Overall I am very satisfied with this new version of the product. Only slight concern is the inner lining. I'll eventually put coffee in there to try out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle is extremely easy to clean. I was able to bring tea and coffee to work and it would stay hot all day. The leak proof feature also came in handy, so I could store it however in my tote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even with a short time using this water bottle, a few things already stand out. It’s easy to open, and the locking mechanism works really well. I really like that the lid only opens when you release the button, which helps prevent spills. Another nice detail is the lid ‘s stopping function, so it doesn’t flip all the way back when opened. On top of that, the bottle is lightweight and easy to carry around, and the size is perfect for everyday use. The color looks great and matches what was shown online, which isn’t always the case with products like this. Even the sticker on the box matched the bottle’s color, which was a nice detail. The only downside is the spout could be slightly longer. Right now, it’s positioned so that my upper chin sometimes bumps into it while drinking. It’s a small issue, but a little noticeable. Overall, it’s a well-designed water bottle with good features and solid first impressions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Zojirushi GoCafe mug is nearly perfect, earning 4 out of 5 stars. The insulation is unmatched; my tea stays piping hot for six hours easily. I’ve used it for plane trips and car travel, and its leakproof design is flawless—I tossed it in my backpack and not a drop escaped. It also fits perfectly into standard car cupholders, and the plum taupe color is gorgeous. However, two minor drawbacks prevent five stars: the sleek exterior feels slippery in my hand, and it's hard to steep loose leaf tea directly inside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about about a month ago and by far its my favorite mode of transportation for hot/warm tea. I make my tea in the morning and pour it on to my mug. From 8am to 5pm my tea is still hot. I am happy with the 20oz size mug because it holds just the right amount of tea that I can drink for the day. The feel of the mug is nice and so far has held against bumps and a coiuple of drops because its not noticeable. One thing that I would like to add if I could would be the cap if it could have a way to add a rope loop handle or something to that nature to help with placing it on my backpack with a carabiner or similar products. Over all it's still holding strong from constant use from hot teas and cold drinks. I'm really enjoying my mug. Super Practical.

I have an older (similar) version of this with a non-stick interior that was difficult to remove odors from; this new one has not had that problem at all! I love the button closure and locking lid design and the insulation works incredibly well. I put hot tea into it at 5am, and it was still almost too hot to drink at 5pm. My only concern is the permanently attached gaskets. While easy enough to clean, I worry about their longevity, and replace-ability. Otherwise solid product. Though 20 oz is enough for my hot drinks, I might seek a larger one for water or cold drinks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only does the mug come in unique colors, but it has a pour spout I haven't encountered before which makes it easier to sip from than the usual mug AND much easier to clean, as the pour spout can be removed when cleaning the top part of the mug! I am considering getting a second one in a smaller size for my nightstand.

But since the Baptism on 11/11/17 in the Indian River at Sand Point Park in Titusville Florida at 5pm when God became my Father, I am just David now. I offer my review of my new GoCafe 20 ounce plum/taupe mug as a gift from you, graciously. I appreciate that you gave me this wonderful mug in exchange for a review. I take this offer and gift and review quite seriously. I am always slow to form an opinion because I consider and test and evaluate thoroughly. I live a lifestyle that requires endurance. In this matter, endurance in temperature extremes. Like the cold Winter weather soon upon us. Let us acknowledge first, this is the wrong time of year to evaluate this type of mug. The weather is neither cold or hot. Even as this GoCafe mug is so finely designed and manufactured, the only crucial test is how long does it keep hot drinks hot, in the coldest weather, and how long does it keep cold drinks cold, in the hottest weather. ~ That said, I can say this: do not change the lid at all, no matter what anyone says. The lid is actually entertaining, odd as that sounds. When I have hot coffee from Father’s Coffee bean tree children and leave it closed awhile, the lid hesitates when I press the open button, and then let go. Many times the lid and button stay closed, even with my finger off the button, for half second or 2 seconds, and suddenly it pops open like a Jack-in-the-box. No telling when it will pop open and so the suspense is amusing. It is funny. And when it opens, it makes such a lovely, musical sound. And in the cacophony that is America, this sound is pleasing, almost cute. So I say the lid is just great. ~ I have only had this mug 3 weeks or so. I am beginning to write my review, after making notes. But, it will be incomplete because I drink hot drinks this time of year and I can only evaluate this mug accurately in January when the temperatures are in the single Fahrenheit digits (below 10 degrees F). I must rely on a mug to keep my hot drinks hot even in sub-zero Fahrenheit temperatures. I have a canine child that Father asked me to adopt who was severely abused and now is only comfortable away from human activity in the forest. I will spend 7 hours continuously with him for our first walk of the day in the forest even in January. So I will record how long the mug keeps my coffee hot enough to still warm my belly. This is a valid and accurate benchmark to use because one knows quite well and easily when the drink no longer warms the belly. That said, I previously bought and tested Zojirushi’s Stainless Mug SM-SHE48/60 and your Stainless Mug SM-KHE36/48. I bought the second one because I take drinks with me for my Canine boy. And, I bent one enough to break the vacuum seal tripping over a log last year, hence me wanting this new GoCafe 20 ounce plum/taupe mug. So I was able to evaluate those 2 Zojirushi mugs last Winter. Both of the Zojirushi Stainless Mug SM-SHE48/60 and Stainless Mug SM-KHE36/48 mugs kept my Coffee warm enough to warm my belly for 2 1/2 hours in single digit (0-9 degree) Fahrenheit temperatures, starting off the day. And that is the very cold time of the morning. And I was thrilled that your mugs are able to do that. I am very very grateful that you made mugs that can do that. You can only imagine how important it is to have my Coffee stay hot for that long, when the temperatures are so frigid cold. And all three mugs are beautiful. They have a fine “fit and finish”. Beautiful colors. High quality manufacturing. Attractive design. Durable. These mugs are also handy in a surprising way. When I make a whole pot of Father’s Coffee Bean tree children’s coffee, I pour some in a cup to have right away, and pour the rest into your GoCafe, to stay hot for hours (due to indoor temperatures). If I want more, I have it already hot in the GoCafe, right next to me, without having to go into the kitchen and heat it all over again :) ~ In addition to many layers of clothing, and Toasty Touch heated gloves, and Baffin Impact Arctic Circle boots, and Clif Kid organic Z-Bar energy bars for sugar and carbohydrates for body heat, your Zojirushi mugs are integral for me, in my 71st year, to be able to give this Canine child the hours of therapy in the forest every day that he needs. I will offer a full review when the weather has been cold a week or two, here in the Southern Tier of New York. I must also commend Zojirushi for your fabulous bread machines. We have this best 2-pound machine now. We started with the 1-pound bread machine, but it melted in the fire. Both make delicious perfect bread and dough every time. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this fabulous 20 oz. Go Cafe Insulated Mug about a month ago and I love it and wanted to share why. As with all my prior Zojirushi products, the seal is foolproof. There are never leaks and the liquid is kept perfectly cold or hot. I use it mostly for water as I have smaller ones for coffee. I love to have water in the car that's not in plastic for health reasons or in glass for safety. I picked the color Plum Taupe. It is matte and very neutral. If there was one thing I would improve, it's the width in holding it. But this is a small issue and doesn't take away from my loving it and using it all the time. You will use it everyday and enjoy never being stuck in the car without clean cold water or hot tea or coffee.

Having used my GoCafe for 3 weeks, my tea consistently remains hot for over 2 hours, with the lid open most of the time -- as if I had just poured the hot water from my kettle. For reference, my other insulated mugs usually cool in 30 minutes, and a standard ceramic mug barely 10 minutes. The 20 oz variant I have is portable, so when I bring my GoCafe with me to the gym, I can enjoy fresh, hot tea in the morning 3 hours after I brewed it (and after I myself have cooled down from my yoga, sauna, and shower). The purple color is beautiful and quite unique, with a lovely matte finish. Overall, the design is both practical and stylish. Cleaning it is very easy, especially the lid, which I really appreciate because it prevents odors from building up. It has a convenient safety lock that makes it easy to open and close, and it doesn’t leak a single drop. I can toss it in my bag without worrying that it will open or spill. What has impressed me the most is how well it keeps beverages hot or cold for many hours. Every morning I make tea, and even when I drink it throughout the day, it stays hot until the end. I even have to be careful not to burn myself because it retains heat so well. In short, this is a high-quality mug: beautiful, practical, and totally worth recommending. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this carafe as part of a promotion, but have been wanting to get one for myself anyways. The carafe is the perfect size for me when I’m on the go — not too little and not too much capacity and physical size. It fits in my car cup holder quite snug but better than not fitting at all or being too narrow. As for the capability of the carafe, it lives up to its product description — keeping g drinks cold/cool or hot/warm, which is very important to me. If I could improve the product, I would find another mechanism than a pop up lid — it gets in the way when I’m drinking from it, especially when I have to tip the carafe up when the contents are low. I’d prefer a pull-back/sliding mechanism instead so that the opening can be opened or closed but not interfere with my glasses or line of sight. Also, an option to use a leash with it or some way to hold/hang/loop/carry the carafe by hooking it with a finger or two when my hands/arms are full so I don’t have to grip the circumference of the carafe body with my entire hand would be a game changer.

On the rare occasion I want something hot, I’m usually leaving chai in there for hours and it’s still steaming when I pour it out into smaller cups later. I like the lock/unlock feature on the lid, as I previously wouldn’t use this style of bottle since I was worried it would leak. I can easily turn this one over without an issue. I’ve also gotten several compliments about the color and the little elephant logo is so cute. Overall, a great bottle!

There was plenty of ice the next day. Hot water only last for same day. Hot water is still warm after the next day. Overall this is a fantastic tumbler that is well made.

The liquid inside stays hot. I like that you can easily twist the cap or pop the lid open to drink it. Overall, it's been holding up well. I didn't buy the full stainless steel color, but a colored one so it does feel like it can scratch or dent easily, so I'll handle with care.
