ZWILLING Enfinigy Glass Drip Coffee Maker 12 Cup, Awarded the SCA Golden Cup Standard

It makes delicious filter coffee with zero effort. I love the timer function which wakes me up every day with fresh coffee scent. I just wish the plastic parts had a better quality.

I bought this Coffee Maker about eight months ago, and unfortunately, I haven’t been happy with it. The machine often freezes and stops working, and now it barely responds at all. I’ve only used it around 30 times. I was a big fan of this brand before, but this product really disappointed me.

The Zwilling brews a great cup of coffee, but it has a few quirks. 1. The control knob set up is a little tricky. RTFM a couple of times and you will get it. Once set up, it works fine. 2. The "blooming" feature is unique. It makes a great cup of coffee, just like a pour over style pot. 3. The clock is 24 hour only. It only displays when you ask to, or when programming a time brew. 4. The auto shut-off comes after 30 minutes to avoid burnt coffee. Just microwave a cup for 20-30 seconds to warm it up. It still tastes good! Beyond the quirks, the Zwilling is a good coffee maker. Easy to clean, and the matte black looks good on my kitchen counter. Pair it with the Zwilling Coffee Grinder for an at home coffee bar experience.

Our first son came and I no longer had time to make my daily pour over. At first I was sad to give up my pour over coffee but this coffee maker makes such great tasting coffee that my blues went away! The preset function is nice and the coffee maker is very easy to use.

The brew has been good. I also like the program options. I am a bit concerned with the fragility of the carafe lid. The hinge mechanism in particular does not seem durable. It is very thin plastic that I can see breaking easily in the near future.

We bought this coffee maker to go with our Zwilling coffee grinder and overall, we have enjoyed it immensely! The bloom function is a definite plus and the coffee always tastes fantastic. It makes enough for 2-3 people to enjoy 16oz+ each morning, and it's the quietest drip coffee maker we've ever had. The single dial & button was slightly confusing to figure out at first for my parents but easy once they understood each setting. The biggest downside for us is the warming plate function cannot be extended past 30 minutes, so sometimes it's already shut off by the time other members of the household wake up. The pot lid also only opens about 45 degrees, if that, and seems a bit fragile (just plastic) where it connects to the pot and can be removed for cleaning. Besides that, we would recommend!

When the pot is removed the filter area drips onto the hot plate, I fear that the hot plate will become stained with burnt coffee.

It's easy to use and it brews fantastic coffee. We are happy with our purchase!

Looks beautiful. Did not like the programs. It did not meet my expectations for this price point.

I have never hated a coffee maker more. We had issues with our first one not working and we were sent a replacement. We maybe got 7-8 months out of it before it started having issues. Good luck counting on coffee in the morning. I don't know if it's a sensor problem with these or a wiring issue. It often won't turn on, you can select a coffee setting (sometimes), but will it actually brew ? Flip a coin. We clean it. We bought the descale solution. Doesn't matter. We more often than not have to use the French press. For this price, I am incredibly disappointed in Zwilling. We took it the a physical store and there was nothing they could do. The clerk said hers does the same thing. Do not buy. We have reached out and got a case number ...three weeks have gone by with no response.

We have now used this coffee maker for the past month or so and it works flawlessly, making a delicious and hot cup of coffee each and every time. Its slim profile fits nicely on our counter. I would highly recommend this coffee maker to anyone looking for a well crafted machine.

If I could mark this 0/5 stars, I would. The machine feels VERY cheaply made and the coffee is NOT hot at all and stopped working after only having it for 4 months. All in all, no matter how good the sale is, don't buy this product.

This is the BEST coffee I have ever had from a machine (and most other ways as well!) I love coffee and am highly dependent on it ;) I have tried ALL different ways of making it - different machines, espresso, Chemex, etc. and this is hands-down the best tasting coffee. I'm not sure how it happens, but it does. The only thing I would say is that there is a slight learning curve with the button - but once you figure it out, you'll see that it's actually very easy. This is the second Zwilling product I bought this year (the first was the blender) and I am so happy with it. Thank you Zwilling.

I’ve had this coffee maker for about 6 months now and as I was skeptical of the thin thin glass when I received it in the mail…well today while washing it the glass broke and sliced my finger. I would NOT recommend this coffee maker for that reason. The coffee also gets cold quick quickly as the glass does not retain the heat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker is beautiful in our new kitchen. I was looking for something matte black and this was perfect. I wish the coffee heater worked longer than 30 minutes but other than that the coffee itself tastes great and the machine looks great.

I really like the coffee it makes. Very smooth. We had a gasket that became damaged but zwilling resolved it quickly, much to our content, so we are now making good coffee again. I do wish the water carafe was removable though. I also actually like that the hot plate doesn't stay hot all day and burn the coffee. We have never had issues with burned coffee with this one. Would recommend.
