However, this universal lid truly works extremely well to tightly cover a wide range of my pots and frypans which are missing their original tops.

The only thing to be aware of is that it is quite heavy (good quality!) so it can be annoying to wash and makes my drying rack topple over a bit (one star deducted for that). Overall, great buy!

It would fit my needs better if it was one size smaller, but I can understand that this larger size may be useful for others. The handle of the lid gets really hot when covering the pan while cooking, but using a silicone holder solves that issue. Wish it came with an insulation layer.
