Over all those years, I continue to get hives every few days and I had to take an antihistamines every time I get them. The "actual size" label on the outside of the packaging is actually very accurate! Which is great to know before hand, but I prefer them a bit smaller. It is difficult for me to swallow when my allergies are acting up. Maybe this is a benefit though, because they work quickly and efficiently.
