vivid dreams & migraines
worse Melatonin gummies ever I've been buying melatonin since 2012 I've tried many different brands but these are far worse ones I recently bought these because they didn't have the brand I usually get. since taking them I've woken up with a migraines almost every single day, my nightmares are so vivid causing me to still wake up during the night & not being able to fall back asleep i have been diagnosed with chronic insomnia I definitely dont recommend these

Meh not worth it for the ashwaganda
Thought we would try these de-stress gummies but they do NOT work as well as the regular ZzzzQuil melatonin gummies. I won’t buy again. They cost more and do less. not worth it for the ashwaganda.

After consuming a gummy, I fell asleep within an hour. The sleep was great. The gummies got absorbed easy. There was no after taste of the gummies.
